I gave a terrible review the last time I was in because of the way the purchasing of glasses was handled. I thought I'd give another try since I was going to be looked at by Dr. Hilliard there anyway. It was a terrible experience once again. The sales person was inept at finding pricing, using my insurance, and was extremely pushy. I liken the experience as to that of a used car salesman. She was throwing around prices and was very confused. She gave me at least three different prices on a single basic pair of glasses. The prices kept going up every time she mentioned any purchase. She could not seem to come up with a price on my basic pair of daily wear glasses along with a pair of Prescription sunglasses. They had a deal that said I'd get 40% off. But she was unable to give me a price that used my insurance. It was maddening. After about 35 minutes of her fumbling around for a price I had had enough and just wanted to leave, I told her to call me when she comes up with a price. An hour later, I received a call back and the price that she quoted was clearly twice as much as what she quoted in the store. It was then that she said if I didn't buy the glasses today, I would be charged a $50 deductible. She never mentioned anything about that at the store. Again, I was feeling deceived. I believe their tactics are unethical. I will not do business with my eye doctor there again. I will take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this business for anyone. I believe their sales tactics are deceptive, unethical and unprofessional. I have given them more than one opportunity to be forthright and give a clear quote of prices. It seems they are unable to do that. Zero stars!
