Don't waste your money, it's a scam. I went to the pierogi class and was totally disappointed! The person in charge crammed us around the tiny cooking area and had us prep herbs and side fillings. We each had one job. The dough was already made. We then were given a bit of dough to have rolled out , pick a filling and pan fry the pierogi. There was no instructions, and the instructor seemed bothered to be there. The space is tiny and not very clean. What a joke!!! read more

If you're looking for a place to mainly drink and do a simple step of cooking, then I can see how Foodology would be the place for you. Maybe it's just because the sushi class doesn't require as much hands on activity as the other classes, but I was pretty disappointed with just how little there was to do. There were 7 groups but only 5 stations, so there wasn't a lot of cooking to go around in the first place. Then for sushi, the stations were sauce mixing, cutting vegetables, making sushi rice, cutting up tuna, and baking green tea cakes. The baking was the only "complex" station, and I had no need to pay a little over $50 a person to do what I could easily do at home. In fact for the sushi rice, the instructor had already made the rice for the class, and the people at the rice station were making the rice for the class the next day. The sushi rolling itself was fun and decently informative but there really wasn't enough ingredients for everyone to make the sushi that they wanted which was a bummer for the people at the back of the line especially considering how cheap the ingredients are relative to the class cost. The sushi was tasty but the rice the instructor made was hard and not good weirdly. All in all, it was a change of pace and just something different to do after being locked up for a year but it's not something I would do again. read more

The class I booked got cancelled due to not having enough people. Someone texted me to tell me so and said they'll let me know a reschedule date by the end of day. It's been 2 weeks and nothing. I tried texting, emailing, calling, etc, but no response. At this point I'm just gonna have to dispute the charge with my card so I can get my money back. So disappointing read more

I signed up for the Pasta Family class for myself and son with the first being over 1 year ago. Class was cancelled at the last minute but gift certificate given for make up class. However, class was cancelled again at last moment and gift certificate to make up offered. Tried a 3rd time and again class cancelled last minute. I emailed and requested full refund and no one from this business has reached out to me nor has a refund been made. I tried calling but mailbox full and cannot leave message. I have filed a complaint against this business with the BBB. I was looking forward (as was my son) to this experience and giving it a good review but I cannot!! read more

The concept is great, but the chef teaching the course needs to get it started within a reasonable time and keep the class a bit more on task and less intoxicated. It was so bad, we left. The owner said it was one of the worst groups they had ever had and she offered me a refund-which I greatly appreciated. That was almost two months ago. I have reached out many times and have yet to be reimbursed. I will not recommend or visit this business again. read more
