Awful- don't order through FoodNet. The delivery person never arrived to get my food so I ended up having to Uber over to the restaurant to get it myself. After paying all the taxes and high delivery fee! No phone number to call either, they just tell you to call the restaurant and then the restaurant says they can't help you, you have to call FoodNet. Stick with UberEats, DoorDash, etc. because you will get no help from FoodNet if something happens with your order. read more

This used to be my favorite way to order delivery... from the best restaurants. However, y'all recently restructured your system and as a result, I've been excluded because my computer is too old 2010 and y'all want people with computers that are are newer (it's really the OS X on Mac's; Microsoft I not know about new requirements). I see this as an invidious discrimination based on age and financial conditions prohibited. So, please do not expect anything resembling a good, not even a nice evaluation from me. This company is still terrible, but there's little value in merely notifying consumers on how atrocious their customer service is. Since I stopped using FoodNetPR.com, I came across another delivery company that is not only better than the worst company you could choose (...FoodNetPR.com), but they're actually extremely good. These guys are so on top of their game, on time, accountable, and responsive that I wonder how hard FoodNetPR.com had to work to be as awful as they are. Great service, if you don't mind the driver helping himself to your food and leaving his pungent cologne scent all over it

Well, a year later, and FoodNetPR is still going regardless of previous (funny) comments made in 4/25/2016. At least in the Hato Rey area they arrive usually before the estimated time and the drivers are always courteous. I emphasize that the drivers I've met have always been very courteous and helpful. I'm satisfied with their service. Of course, as any company, there are some areas of opportunity. To be specific, the company should ask the drivers to always double check the order before getting out of the restaurant. One time, I ordered from Tierra Santa and I was delivered (dry) chicken instead of the lamb I asked for. FoodNetPR was quick to return in cash part of the cost of the food. Today, I ordered from Nazareth and instead of a Kebab and a Lamb Leg I was delivered Two Lamb legs and NO Kebab, the rest of the order was correct. This time, the driver quickly offered me to go back to the restaurant and ask for the correct order, but we were hungry and accept it just like it was. This is just honest feedback. If it weren't for the double check I suggest, I would have given 5 stars in the review. P.S. With doordash, uber eats, and other food delivery services lacking in PR, FoodNetPR was there to deliver. I came to PR for vacation and to visit family and enfed up catching a bug en route. Not feeling well enough to go out, i called FoodNetPR and ordered some chicken soup from a nearby restaurant. Within an hour my meal was delivered to my hotel room by a handsome young man. I ordered Pollo Asopao with Tostones from Mi Casita. Excellent food and im feeling like it did the trick. read more

I have been using FoodNetPR for over two years now and the service has gone completely down hill. I ordered 4 days ago and the driver left my entree at the restaurant and still charged me full price. I called and he was sent back but they already knew he had left the entree. Tonight I called in at 8:40 knowing they close at 9pm as posted, I was transferred to a second person who told me that the owner shut down the system so that they couldnt take more orders tonight. I asked to speak for a manager and I was hung up on. I called back and the manager hung up on me. At this point I recommend not using this service. read more
