A great place where the locals go for breakfast, fresh coffee, and loaves of hot bread to take home.

Amazing food, tasted great, and my coffee was good too. Service was good as well, I didn't have any issues.

Review #1,052 Posted on 5.1.26…read more We came here for coffee on Saturday morning April 25th. This spot is located at the bottom of the Residence Inn in Isle Verde. This place is super nice, it reminded my wife & I of Porto's a bit. They've got both indoor & outdoor seating. We ordered their classic coffee with coconut, called the Coqui. Now the place is awesome atmosphere, good drinks, good food, but it took way too long to get our order, amateur hour as far as that goes. It took them 45 minutes to get our coffee & food out, and we're not talking a four course meal chef Ramsey prepared, it was literally 1 breakfast sandwich. We weren't alone either, countless people waiting for a very long time with us, I don't get how it could get you that point to be honest. They had at least 10 workers back there, I could see 10 minutes, even 15, 20 is pushing it, but 45? Coffee & sandwich were good, but nothing special and for sure not worth the irritation that sets in when you're left waiting to that degree. I thought of giving this place higher marks because it's a very nice establishment, clean, lots of places to sit, and nice atmosphere, but they earned this 2 spot they're getting for the experience I had.

The menu had great options between "The Healthy Choice breakfast" which I had - to cheesecake filled French toast. Our servers were friendly and service was quick. They also have many different coffees you can order and their website has a photo of how each is prepared - I've never seen this before and thought this was super cool! On my trip, I actually visited for breakfast twice because my family loved it so much!

First, the A/C wasn't working, which is a brutal setup for a summer day. To make matters worse, the live music integration needs a rethink. While a saxophone and piano duo sounds like a lovely idea on paper, this space is just too small for it. The musicians are positioned way too close to the tables. The volume was so intense that we couldn't hold a conversation or even enjoy our food. I actually left with a headache and my ears trembling. Luckily, the musicians took a break toward the end, which finally gave us some temporary relief. I'd love to come back for the food, but only after they fix the air conditioning and dial back the decibels.

The guava matcha was very refreshing as well. They service a lot of people constantly so the food took quite some time to come out just something to keep in mind. The potatoes...OMG, how crispy. All of it was good, but I wouldn't say anything was spectacular although I would come again if I wanted something that I wanted to ensure was tasty! My server was so sweet and did a great job of confirming my order and checking in with me despite the crowd. The only flag I would put is for the coffee drinks. Some of the lattes are VERY sweet. I saw two other people who also ordered different flavors and we all collectively ended up sharing how we didn't expect them to be that sweet. They are loaded with syrups, whip cream, and whatever toppings that align with your flavor, so just know that before ordering one. Very beautiful drinks but barely any coffee in those specifically.
