FC is close for me and I shop there at least once a week spending an average of $150. When the…read morestore is busy there are never enough checkouts available. The cashiers are friendly and courteous for the most part, especially the more mature ladies. Some of the younger ones are as well. But then again, I engage them in conversation. I recently completed a survey from FC regarding service. One question asked about baggers taking my groceries to my car. I have never had anyone offer that service to me! Speaking of bagger personnel, they are mostly incompetent and do not do an adequate job. I am all for, and respect that FC employs younger people and some mentally challenged people, but they need training/re-training on the proper way to bag your groceries. When a cashier bags my groceries, it is much, much better!

This was my first job post lockdown. Hired as a front end manager. 3 months in I found out they had…read morebeen training one of the younger employees to take my place. I was told "I wasn't performing to their standards" because I sat down after the store closes at night and they were demoting me to cashier. Now if I wasn't doing my job as said why would you keep me at all? This place is full of cliques and if you aren't part of them you won't last long. Needless to say I found another job and moved on. Blessing in disguise, I'm making double what I was being paid and working in a fantastic field. Also, don't expect the store to be fully stocked or the other employees to be helpful or go the extra mile. Keep your money and go elsewhere.
