Fast forward to a few Saturdays later and had my knives in my bag properly wrapped and I was able to drop em off at Dave's booth.He let me know he had a few knives ahead of mine but to come back in an hour and he would have mine ready. After shopping at the market for an hour or so,I went back to grab my knives and they looked great.Dave went out of his way to explain what he did to the knives and telling me the reason they were dull in the first place,made me feel like a "mini" knife connoisseur after that informative conversation.Dave charges $3 an inch to sharpen knives,so not a bad value at all for such professional service. Once I got home I had to test these bad boys out and what a world of difference. Those knives were cutting thru everything with minimal effort-I was very pleased-Thank You Dave for your excellent service.
