Dissatisfied&Disappointed. Don't visit this location if you want the Fogo de Chao experience that's advertised. Went here on Mother's Day: 1. Our server couldn't explain the menu (food or drinks). We ordered, she wrote it down, repeated then left. Another server came to our table to explain the menu, and retaken our order which was frustrating and aggravating. 2. When I checked my bill the next day, someone adjusted the tip to a higher amount! 3. The meats were great. The cheese and honey was awesome. The bartenders were great, and even the host were polite. The server that could barely speak to us left me feeling bad for her working in the restaurant on a holiday. Then when I saw that my tip had been adjusted to a higher amount I feel sabotaged and let down by this brand.

If you're seeking an unforgettable dining experience, head to Fogo's Los Angeles location. My wife and 12-year-old daughter and I had an exceptional time there. It was hands down the best steakhouse experience I've had, even better than other Fogo de Chao's. The food was, as always, delicious and amazing! We tried every meat they offered, and they didn't skimp on the portions. The meat kept coming! And let me tell you, the grilled cheese with honey was heavenly. I'm not a big fan of honey, but it elevated the grilled cheese to a whole new level of goodness. Their customer service was simply outstanding! I was surprised to learn that Fogo had a dedicated customer service supervisor for each shift. We had the pleasure of meeting A D, who was truly exceptional. He made our visit exceptional and personalized by building a relationship with us. A D went above and beyond, taking our conversations to a personal level, making my daughter feel like the center of attention, and checking in with us at the perfect times. I've never experienced anything like this before at any restaurant. If you visit Fogo Los Angeles, make sure to ask for A D. The rest of the staff was great, but two others also went above and beyond. Gaucho Elda was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful, while Gaucho Gio ensured that my daughter's food was to her liking and even made a piece of filet the way she prefers it. Unlike Elda and Gio, no one else asked questions before serving us. As always, The Market Table was filled with delicious food and kept spotless. I noticed a few new items since my last visit. The restaurant was clean and had a perfect atmosphere. A D, Elda, and Gio, thank you for going above and beyond and making us feel so welcome! The restaurant needs more of you!

Last Saturday, March 7th, I had dinner at Fogo de Chão with seven members of my group. And yesterday, Tuesday, March 10th, I went back again for lunch with My Mom. I had heard from friends that if you only use the salad bar during the weekday lunch special, it costs $18. Since the salad bar was so delicious and impressive when we had dinner there last Saturday, I decided to try it for lunch. One thing I especially like about this place is their flexibility. I arrived earlier than My Mom and the staff asked me whether I would like to sit at the table and wait or wait until my mother arrived before being seated. She gave me the choice, which I really appreciated.(Last Saturday, too). Some restaurants make you wait until the entire party has arrived before they will seat you, but here they asked and gave me the option, which I thought was very considerate and nice. I really like it. The salad bar is truly amazing. These days prices are going up everywhere, and even gas prices are so high, so it was really nice to be able to enjoy the entire salad bar for this price during the lunch special. There were cheeses, a charcuterie board, lentil soup, fresh salads, various fruits, roasted eggplant, squash, and many other items. Everything was really delicious. However, one thing I noticed is that as soon as you sit down, they bring a bottle of sparkling water to the table. I went to the restroom and when I came back, it was already on the table. A little later, the waitress came over and asked if it was okay. Since they had already placed it on the table and asked if it was okay, it felt awkward to say no, so I said "sure." But that sparkling water is an additional $8.35 charge. But, it's ok. I like Sparkling water. Last Saturday night, including the tip, I paid a total $110. Yesterday at lunch, with just the salad bar for $18, plus tip and the sparkling water, the total came to $34. (Per person). Overall, it was a very satisfying lunch. Everything at the salad bar was delicious--especially the roasted bananas and the cheese bread they brought to the table, which were really good. All of the staff were very friendly as well. I especially liked how quickly they cleared the finished plates from the table. After I finished the sparkling water, they kept refilling my regular water, which was very attentive and nice. If I have the time and the opportunity, I would definitely go back again.

The food was absolutely delicious!!! I'm in town for a conference and love going to Fogo whenever I get a chance. The vibes were good too!! A special shoutout to Jose in DTLA - professional, friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Big appreciation for making my last dinner in Cali lovely.

What can I say about this restaurant other than it was excellent!!! We sat as soon as we came in and our server came right away and gave us our water and drinks. And as far as food well I loved it!!! We had such an amazing time here. Ambiance was everything ! I do have to say that we were very happy dining here. I must say that we felt very much at home here. Everyone was attentive ! Manager by the name of AD was one of best managers we've ever met! He came around and made sure everything was good! He was talkative and just has a wonderful personality! I would come back just because he was that good! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I has another great time here. They were very accommodating for my birthday when I showed up without a reservation. They gave me a great seat. Jordan and Debora were both great and I appreciated them refilling my drink and bringing over warm pao de queijo quickly. Everything looked and tasted fresh. I recommend the cheesecake brûlée if you have room.

I dined her with a large group. Having arrived early I sat at the bar to wait for others. The bartender had an attitude and asked me, "Are you going to order anything?" The bar area was almost empty. So I asked if he could make an Irish Coffee and he said he could. After I ordered another person placed an order and he engaged the customer in a lengthy discussion about a sports event. He finally said, "Wait until I finish with this guy over here," referring to me. I should have left at that point. He finally handed me my drink. No whipped cream, cold coffee, glass only 1/3rd full. He took my credit card from the counter and rang up a charge that was sky high. Double what would have been customary. I got the card receipt after I had already finished off the drink in (literally) two sips. He had the nerve to ask me if I wanted another. He got zero tip and gave me an attitude look. My recommendation - if you dine there, stay away from the bar!! As for dinner it was very nice. The cuts of beef, lamb and chicken were cooked perfectly and were exceptionally seasoned. Service was very friendly and attentive. We also had access to the buffet, but I was a little turned off watching one customer taking Cesar salad out of the bowl with my bare hands. I asked the waiter if there was anymore and was told no. So I passed on the salad. The rice and beans smelled good except the beans were cold. The rest of the buffet was well stocked and offered selections for everyone. This was the first time I've dined at a 'Fogo restaurant and I'm sure I'll dine at another one in the future. But sometimes bad experience can ruin an entire meal. The bartender's attitude and the customer's hands in the salad were disgusting and totally turned off any sense of enjoyment I expected. Parking is valet and I parked across the street in a lot that was convenient and cost half as much. The restaurant is in a vibrant part of DTLA. But traffic conditions at 5:30 pm were horrible. For example I had to make a right and immediate left and cars would not yield for me. When I finally turned a car in cross traffic laid into his horn didn't stop until I finished my turn. If you understand I'm talking about weekday rush hour, well, I am. Just a consideration.

Came here to celebrate our anniversary with my partner . Our Brazilian or Latin American waitress was surface level nice . I used to work in downtown LA and definitely gave the you don't belong here vibes. Aside from the food was amazing . The meats were nice juicy and tender without the overwhelming seasoning. What I assume was the floor manager honestly made our night by constantly checking in on us along with other staff asking if we wanted more drinks . The waitress took my plate without asking if I was done. I'm currently pregnant so I take breaks in between my meals since I get full faster than usual. The floor manager asked if we were celebrating anything and brought us a complimentary dessert. We honestly were full to order anymore , but she was personal about our celebratory dinner. Thank you !! made it special and the reason we didn't give a minimum tip for the initial judgemental service . Other than that everyone was nice to even the staff picking up my coat falling off my chair .

Amazing service! Loved the ambience! I brought a group of Japanese for their lunch on Tuesday before going to see Dodgers play the Phillies. They stuffed themselves with all the meats and were overjoyed with the presentation. I waited on the sideline and ordered off the bar bites menu. Lobster roll tacos! What a delish little bar bite. Wrapped up in Chinese Cabbage seasoned lobster meat, super delicious! Would recommend it to anyone!

My girlfriend and I had dinner at Fogo de Chao in dtla. Interesting location on the corner at Figueroa. We had the full dinner experience. Salad bar, and the Brazilian barbecue meats brought to the table. Everything was good and we enjoyed the dinner. The rib was somewhat overcooked for the first round but better for the 2nd round. Lamb was slightly gamey the first round but tasted better the 2nd round as well. We've eaten at several different Fogo de chao locations and it's interesting to me that there's often quite a bit of variation between locations. I would rate this location as middle of the road. Slower than average rate of proteins coming to the table and some items repeated frequently while others we had to specifically ask for them to be brought out. I'd return.

This is our 4th year coming to Fogo for Christmas Eve dinner ! Love the atmosphere, food and the impeccable service. Food was delicious! The meats were beautifully cooked. Definitely coming back for my birthday. Shout out to our server Jordan that was amazing !

We are very disappointed, mislead and embarrassed in front of the other people. We feel degraded about this incident. We didn't expect to be treated this way. We were celebrating the friend's birthday, it should be happy celebration for us but we experienced disappointment. Someone approached us already regarding misunderstanding of the serving of the food. We already understand the information they convey & we already informed the staff that we are willing to pay additional charges if needed. However, it is rude because they approached and informed us thrice with the same information. As if we don't understand. All the staffs are staring on us & other guest tables. We didn't enjoyed the food because we are already bothered.

We scored a bottle of 2007 François Cotat Sancerre. Cotat is one of the most iconic Sancerre producers, and because his wines are built to age, finding a 2007 vintage on the menu here was a massive treat. While we didn't dive into the proper cocktail menu, my partner ordered the non-alcoholic Hojicha Orange Milk Punch, which was phenomenal, and judging by how beautiful the drinks at neighboring tables looked, I'd assume their cocktail program is strong. Service was stellar. Lisa, who helped us navigate the wine list, was lovely! She was incredibly generous, offering us a few complimentary pours of other wines to taste. Will definitely revisit to try other menu items and their cocktails!

It was a small group of 4 of us and we all placed our orders- all very basic, I ordered the burger medium rare. The food came out- all but my meal and after about 5 mins of the rest of the table waiting for me I told them to go ahead and eat. My food came out way later and was cooked well done. There was no apology or gesture to make it right given that it was a $30 burger, came out late and way overcooked. Based on this alone I won't be back. Also fyi they tip recommendation on the receipt are based on the total, not the subtotal. So double check.

Initially they mentioned they didn't have uni available, but the attentive manager came to us and shared that he wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the uni that day, though he was still willing to serve it to me. I really appreciated the honesty and passion for quality. I came here eyeing on the uni pasta, so I had to go for it. Maybe he was right, it was just OK. It wasn't necessarily the uni itself, but the pasta and cream sauce felt slightly overcooked and a bit dry. It could've used more sauce to bring everything together. Still, no ragrets (iykyk). It's something you should try here . We also ordered the hand roll trio and toro, which was yummy. The fish was fresh, beautifully cut, and served in generous pieces. They're partnering with Death & Co, known for their craft cocktails which explains why the drinks here are so uniquely curated and well mixed. Definitely worth exploring their cocktail menu.

Food is delicious, drinks are good, and parking isn't hard to find if you're willing to walk a little. The design kinda dark inside, but the patio is always nice. The best part? Still stands-up to the hype after all these years…read more If "Trendy" was a restaurant, Bestia would easily be in top contention, even after being around for more than a decade. That says a lot. Once upon a time (a few years ago), my CFP + banking institution wanted to thank me for being one of their top private clients. They expressed their gratitude with a very generous, all expense paid full-course meal at Bestia. To say that I was impressed would be an understatement. Fast forward to now, I knew that coming back here would be a good idea. Make no mistake, even if you try to book a reservation several weeks in-advance, don't be surprised if the only available seats are at the counter. Granted, I was in a spacey table during my past visit, the counter can be an enjoyable & unintentionally entertaining space. It's great for a more casual vibe, as you get to see some of the kitchen workers put together some of their signature dishes. In many ways, Bestia seems like a microcosm of the city that it rather humbly resides within. What always catches me off-guard, is that the surrounding simple area really doesn't reflect the happening, vibrant, night-life that resides within the building's walls. You feel like you're taken so a different, very social, very bustling world. WINE: Podere 72, Poderi San Lazzaro (Marche region, central Italy) - 8.7 / 10 A very robust blend of Montepulciano & Sangiovese grapes that results in a balanced, medium bodied red wine that stands-up to heartiness of a beef ribeye steak. FOOD: Roasted Bone Marrow - 9.4/ 10 I have several friends that go here just for this particular dish. Funny enough, one can almost always tell that one is at Bestia because of the rather peculiar manner in which this dish is served. Hot, melted bone marrow is appropriately scooped out of the bone & poured onto spinach gnocchetti. It's like eating beef flavored mouth pillows of potato + spinach. It's definitely a dish that will impress whoever you are with. I can never resist ordering this whenever I am here. Oxtail alla Vaccinara - 8.9 / 10 The deep, rich maroon color of the rigatoni (thanks to beets) is a sight to behold. The pasta is firm but not too hard. It's a humble yet complex pasta dish that complements any main course. 26oz Margaret River Wagyu Ribeye - 9.4 / 10 Anybody who knows me knows that I love my ribeye. Any decent fancy restaurant does a ribeye. But no one does a ribeye quite like Bestia. The fermented mushroom cream delivers a punch of pungence not unlike a delectable dijon mustard, but to the highest of levels. This dish also makes me a believer in well-cooked onions served alongside steak. I usually like to take a home a portion of ribeye for later, but this is one of the very few instances when the steak is so good, that I can't help but finish it here. Again, the portion is more than enough to be shared. Fromage Blanc Mousse - 9.1 / 10 This seasonal dish hits all the right notes. It's the fanciest of cheesecakes, so I recommend sharing this. With its decadence, a little truly goes a long way & that's perfectly fine. The richness of the cheese is offset perfectly by the right balance of candied kumquats. A great "bite" to end on. Huge shout-out & thanks to Radu for being the nicest & most enthusiastic of servers. It's little things like him being so down to take pics of you with your party that really make me want to come back here. It the owners / management is reading this, please recognize how pivotal he is to your team. If he was working under me, I would most definitely give him a raise. Also, shout-out to Dani at the hostess stand. She is one of the most personable people. For being the first person that patrons see upon entering, she is the perfect face, attitude, & welcoming personality that the hospitality industry is in dire need of. She's a rockstar of a hostess & a pleasure to talk with. Bestia is a better place because of valuable employees like Radu & Dani. As always, come for the food. Come back for the service. I would definitely come back because of how amazing Radu & Dani are. Years after the hype, the vibe is still very much happening at Bestia.

We felt the booth seats shaking the entire time. We looked back at the people behind us, and they also looked at us wondering where the shaking was coming from. We had a full on conversation searching for the source. IT was like an earthquake with the seats rattling around and became really distracting. MY seatmate date and I later figured out the movement was from the party across from us. I guess all the booths are connected. It was really loud in the restaurant as expected. 3 starts for atmosphere and the vibe I got from our waiter. THe food was on point and delcious Bestia 10/10 quality for the pasta and pizza. The Peruvian scallops were forgettable. The duck was over salted. I didn't enjoy the experience sitting at the booths inside. We have never sat here before, and I will make a point to not sit there again in the future.
