They removed one pane from each to access both windows and cleaned the outside via ladder. They removed all the screens and washed them down and also cleaned the window channels. They did an amazing job, leaving us with truly streak-free windows! The difference was stunning given the age of these windows. They arrived on time @ 8am and he and his team of 2 were done a little past 4:30p. They did a great job.
