Advanced Cleaning and Restoration caused damage to my BRAND NEW, CUSTOM-BUILT cabinets (because…read moreapparently they do not know how to read a tape measure or operate a saw), they caused damage to my existing cabinets when installing the shelf over the fridge, the sink leaks because it was not sealed properly after reinstallation, there are multiple areas where the subfloor is exposed (because, again, they apparently do not know how to read a tape measure), they chipped my counter tops when removing the old cabinets, they failed to sheetrock, tape, texture, and paint the closet, nothing is level, our pipes froze after the first storm because they failed to insulate it properly, one of the brand new cabinets does not sit flush/level, and they tried to hide it with a damaged piece of poorly stained trim, they split the new, custom-stained trim around the windows and TRIED TO HIDE IT with wood putty, they roughly patched a hole in the brand new flooring by cutting out a piece that was similarly shaped, then gooping on adhesive, they failed to cut the new, laminate flooring properly and left it hanging over the vent so the register (which was left extremely dirty--much like the rest of the kitchen and dining rooms) would not sit flush, and the list goes on (and on, and on, and on . . .). -10/10, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! (Oh, and I didn't even mention that they left the windows open not once, but TWICE while it was raining and got the brand new sheetrock wet and warped the wood trim--when they were here to REPAIR WATER DAMAGE, NOT CAUSE MORE. Lose SEAN I have…read moreused this service for over a year. Last month, the cleaner said that she likes coming to my house because I was nice. I tip and generally have the place ready for them. I had good experiences with all but 2 employees. 1 a cleaner who left tasks undone. And when I complained she confronted me personally about my complaint. The 2nd just occurred--after waiting all day for them to arrive (with one brief period talking with my neighbor). I called inquiring if they were coming. I was transferred to SEAN. I explained I had been home all day with a few minute exception when I was on my back deck. He said they arrived rang the bell and knocked with no response. Then he said they waited outside for 15 minutes. He said they were there between 1-2:30. I explained I cannot see the front from my home. And that the cleaners were NOT there at 2:30. I went outside at 3:11. I asked if I was supposed to wait for them all day. He mentioned my CCTV. Not only that I had called my husband. He was hell bent on arguing and not listening. The cleaners did not call me or text..ANsaid they had an incorrect number for N Carolina I'm in ND. He said they found a good number. I reiterated that I received no calls or texts. But I did receive a bill for no services received. Since all he did was argue I told him..if this is how you're going to run the business then cancel my contract. I will pay their no service bill, cancel the contract in writing and I will state my story on social media. No one should have to deal with a representative for a company that only makes the company appear preposterously poor at customer service.
