I'm not one to put lipstick on a problem to cover it up so called them in and although understaffed they came promptly and we ripped into my walls to find a broken pipe! Bob was amazing!! Although a very slow leak, and extremely old hard wood. He treated the area to be safe. So blessed that there wasn't more wrong! He explained why things didn't look worse and did a great job cleaning up! Offered to treat again after we replace to pipe just to be sure and they can even repair the wall itself! I'm very impressed... again!

I continue to be so impressed with Arrowhead. While cleaning out my closet, I found two items that…read moreI could not remember how long ago I had stained them, or what they were stained with. One was a vintage canvas jacket with high sentimental value and brown stains all over the front pockets, and the other an expensive linen blazer. Arrowhead flagged the stains and they were clean and ready four days later, as good as new. This was probably my third or fourth time using them, and I have received consistent service every time.

However, for business guy I struggle for a place that can clean and box my stuff. Don't waste your money on Arrowhead cleaners. I owe them a disappointing review which I will table for now. Turitto's is the only dry cleaner I will use from here on out. They haven't lost or damaged anything over the last year. And, they've helped me do some quick alterations in a time crunch before my next business meeting. My only critique, and this seems to be a trend among the other cleaner I've used, is you drop your stuff off, but they don't give you a ticket. Odd for sure and not what I'm used to when living in other states. Frankly, it took me awhile to relax about it. They get the job done and on-time regardless.

It had run stains on the cuffs and the end of the jacket where the maroon met the yellow, and I knew those weren't going to come out, but that was okay. I came to pick it up at the North location and one of the cuffs was missing, the other barely still attached. The sides were split open. The only part still intact was the lining. I probably would have had a better result putting it through my own washer and dryer. There was no note as to why the damages occurred. They still wanted me to pay for it, and luckily my card didn't process or I would have paid for 3/4 of the coat that I brought in. My coat is still there and I now wait to hear an answer. I do not recommend.
