I enthusiastically recommended the service to my wife, who has chronic, debilitating jaw pain resulting from corrective surgery in 2018 that failed to remedy her problems. She reached out to the in-house expert on her type of treatment, a co-owner who operates out of the West End offices. He derisively communicated to her that she must've been looking to use up her insurance money, implying that her need wasn't real. When she wrote back informing him how offended she was by the way he'd communicated with her, rather than acknowledge his lack of professionalism, he attacked her for calling his behaviour into question. Is this the kind of thing for which you want to be known, Synergy? My wife has been dealing with jaw pain, with migraines, with debilitating health issues all of her adult life, and she's struggled to find a physiotherapist who could effectively treat her. I really believed Synergy might've been the place for her, but how could I recommend this company to anyone if one of their co-owners could behave in such an abusive manner to someone living in chronic pain seeking treatment? Again, I've had nothing but positive experiences with the two people who treated me - Jess and Rebecca on the East End are outstanding practitioners. But the man who interacted with my wife is a co-owner of Synergy, and I still can't believe how negatively he treated someone who is desperate for help. What a disappointment.

A medical clinic is only as good as the medical personnel. In my case, I have a fantastic…read morephysiotherapist that is always putting me and my well being first. She has been my PT for about a year and a half now and has taught me so many things about my body's structure I never would've known. However, I find the prices a bit pricey and that it runs very business-like. If you are late, you can only use what time you have left and you'll have to pay for the full. If you miss your appointment completely, like Zoe says below, you are charged a fee. It's a bit of a hassle because sometimes emergencies happen and the last thing you want is an amount owing for an appointment you weren't able to make it to. There are times where your waiting and even if the personnel is late, though they try to give you that time back, sometimes they can't and you're paying full price for a partial visit which is a bit annoying and unfortunate. The facilities however are very clean and modern. The approach is holistic and really makes you think about how your entire body works as a whole. That being said, if my PT ever left, I'd follow her to her next clinic.

I'm going to start with some random rambling so that the Yelp software doesn't immediately judge my…read morereview as not worth your time. Let's see if it works! So on my first visit to the clinic I was intimidated--I hadn't had a face-to-face conversation with anyone other than my husband in six months! But I was finally at a point where I was fed up with my persistent pain and had to do something about it. Okay, enough about me. (Is that enough, Yelp?) Walking into the clinic (after I'd dutifully pressed the automatic door-opening button with my jacketed elbow) was like walking into a blessed bastion of normalcy. LOL. True, though. There's soft but cool music playing, and though the place is spotless and following all the protocols and then some, everyone is as chill as if the dreaded plague was still a beady twinkling in an bat's eye. And the place isn't intimidating at all, like some physio clinics can be. I see everyone from young athletes to elderly clients when I'm in there. I've been to see both Nadia and Nicholas and they've both helped me so much. They use a variety of techniques and approaches and have really inspired me to be an active participant in my own recovery. I feel like I'm not just addressing my pain by going there, but doing something significant for my overall and ongoing health. So happy these folks are part of our Lakeshore hood. There you have it, folks. Okay, maybe the place would be six stars if they offered Jell-O shooters but you can't have it all.

We first discovered this location via the great reviews on google and were pleasantly surprised with how accurate everyone's reviews were. You are warmly welcomed by the receptionist once coming in and the therapist are all great. I work with Chris specifically and he is fantastic! Very knowledgeable when you have questions and is great with diagnosing your issue. Super friendly and also very personable. Chris gave me specific exercise to complete at home and they definitely help with the rehabilitation process! My husband has worked with Nadia the owner and she is also very personable and is always looking for the best for her clients. The clinic is also super clean and I love the open concept space they have. Tucked away on the lakeshore but definitely worth a visit if you're feeling any aches and pain!

Now I understand I didn't have the proper experience about insurances and their system which I don't understand why they called me in for an interview since they reviewed my resume in the first place. Now the training here its awful and very demanding and uncomfortable. Told me I couldn't sign (long breathing) in front of customers because they will assume I'm giving them attitude or im overwhelmed mind you we have to wear masks because of covid. I personally think this is harrassment. Second thing I couldn't call patients with their first names because its rude which THEY DID THAT MANY TIMES in front of me and I find this hypocritical. The next day got a little busy and the manager got overwhelmed and stressed training me demanding I should know everything from yesterday's training. U shouldn't be able to train nobody if u can't Monica. At the end of the day after wasting my time and theirs they told me I don't have the experience and I should go back to school. How rude while I'm trying to find a job and support my family during covid! DO NOT call nobody in before reviewing their resume! The only reason giving 2 stars its because the owner dr Laila was very kind and understanding. Otherwise getting trained by the management in this place it's the worst nightmare.

I was referred to Triangle Physiology by the surgeon who had completed my radical prostectomy…read moresurgery. As incontinence is a side effect of this surgery Triangle had assigned me to Rasika Shah who specializes in pelvic floor recovery. All I can say was that Rasika was AMAZING! Going in I had expected some level of recovery by the time 9 weeks of physio sessions were complete - anticipating as the surgeon had told me recovery could be upwards of a year. Through the pelvic floor regimen Rasika had provided me, adherence to the daily exercise program she had provided and her pushing me to mentally challenge myself with the incontinence, after only two months no longer wearing protective undergarments during the day or at night - even for sports.
