They can do direct billing with private insurance, so I have no paperwork after. I have had massage appointments with Madelene and Gillian. Both are great & were able to reduce long-standing tension that other massage therapists hadn't been able to help with. I've also done physiotherapy with Susan, who is also excellent. She figured out what was causing pain, and works with me to resolve the problems. Motion Care is clean and comfortable, with sensible COVID protocols in place. #ServiceStarShoutOut I came here intending to have the boss, Jacky, cast his magic powers of back…read morecracking to help with my posture and back pain from sitting on my butt all day. It took a while to book my initial appointment, but it was worth it. All I want is to get my back cracked, I got that and more. In our first consultation, he checked my mobility and movement and assessed that I have a mild form of mechanical pain. He created a treatment plan of 5 sessions and included exercises that would help develop my core to prevent injury during sport/workouts and improve my posture. He went beyond that by providing a brief high-pressure targeted deep massage at the beginning of the first and each subsequent session. I wouldn't say it's relaxing, but I love the pressure. He'll adjust based on your tolerance though my motto is no pain, no gain, so I take it full on. We worked mainly on my upper, lower and mid-back. *TIP* If you want to work on your back, wear a tank top instead of a strappy sports bra. I've been working on those three exercises he taught me each day. I would say they are easy enough to add to your routine and incorporate daily. Oh and it's always wonderful when a clinic charges directly to my insurance, saves all the pain of admin work.

One star for the friendliness of staff…read more This review is for physio treatments, which were not very helpful. Each visit was a 20 minute session. 5-10 minutes of mild adjusting and the rest was just speaking with the physiotherapist about exercises I could do at home. I didn't find any relief until I sought treatment elsewhere. Then they submitted invoices to my insurance company for 1 hour sessions to get more money. Overall I did not have a good experience and they tried to significantly reduce funding that I actually need to use to get better. Really disappointed in that kind of dishonest behaviour.
