We had originally agreed on some services but I had needed to make some adjustments a few weeks prior to our wedding and he was very flexible. He explained everything, and answered all the questions I had prior to signing the contract. Michael was professional all around. On the day of my wedding he made sure the bride and groom got a chance to use the photo booth. He had some of our wedding party find us to make sure. I really appreciated that. My guest also raved about how awesome the photo booth was and that there were very cool props! After the wedding, I received the digital files fairly quickly and was able to view the fun my guests had with the photo booth! We sure would use his services again even if it wasn't for a wedding! (I actually don't know if he does that but it would be cool) If you're on the fence about a photo booth service, I say you say yes! He did everything so that I didn't not have to worry on the day of the wedding! Set up and break down like a ninja lol. One thing I wish I had chosen were the 4x6 photos. I think they're awesome. You have the option to choose which size photos and which way it prints as well as your own design!

She made this experience seamless and I didn't have to worry about her- which I unfortunately couldn't say the same for my other vendors LOL I provided an online template for the "theme" i was going for and she was able to capture that PERFECTLY in the photo background! I suggested color changes and she was able to adapt, which providing me a mock up a few days later. I was confident in her skills and knew she'd successfully execute my vision. For the backdrop, I asked for a few samples and she provided a gorgeous one that I've never seen other businesses use! Instead of opting for the standard gold/ rose gold shimmer, we went with a pink/ neutral marble background that added a WOW factor to my guests. Michelle arrived early for set-up, didn't need much space and had super cute and updated props. My color scheme was lavender and IDK if she BOUGHT lavender baby signs but we were so impressed with the wide selection that gave character to our event :) The biggest stunner of all? THERE WERE FRIDGE MAGNETS!!! Guests were able to put their printed pics in fridge magnets as a unique keep sake! IDK if I'm removed from the photobooth world but I've never experienced or heard about this being an option. I also appreciate Michelle providing a link to all the pics taken, so I can send to attendees! My guests had a BLAST and we're sooo grateful to have Envelop Smiles be a large contributor to our successful baby shower. It's definitely WORTH IT and we look forward to having them at our next event!

I insisted on coming here and leaving a review to help a small business owner. If you didn't know, Yelp charges you for everything from responding to new potential customers via phone and text, to putting a logo on your page, to putting up all other badges. Everything is charged. I don't care if they take this review down. They are a monopoly in this space of reviewing for businesses and starting businesses like this will NOT be able to compete with those who are subscribed to their dozens of paid services. They will also place you down on their search engine because you're not paying Yelp.. That's why Google is a much more accurate place to find honest business reviews in my opinion. Anyways, thanks for reading my rant. Snap and Sing.. what can I say about this? Only good things. The owner was extremely accommodating. He went out of his way to help me and my wife for our daughter's birthday party and asked what our preferences were for the background, the picture frame when the photos are printed and much more. There's both black-and-white photo booths and a selection of colored ones with fun backdrops. The procedure is pretty standard: tap your phone/card to pay for the booth and get ready to snap some pictures! It helps to adjust the seat inside and maybe practice some poses (I'm admittedly not the most creative with posing, haha). It's $5 per photo strip, and you get 4 poses. The colored ones come out horizontal, and the B&W ones are vertical. They all take some time to develop before the machine spits them out. The B&W ones take a little longer so it might feel a bit awkward waiting around for it, but it helps to go and try out some of the other booths. One thing I will say is that the booths themselves are pretty cramped. It took a bit of maneuvering for my boyfriend and I to fit in the booth and make sure we were both visible in the photos. Nevertheless, this is such a fun date idea or friend group activity!!

Focused Concepts Photobooth Productions did a phenomenal job at my daughter's surprise party! The booth was the hit of the party! Isaac went out of his way to make the photo booth the success it was. His attention to detail with his rolling out the red carpet as if the guests were at an awards show and his infinite number of funny and imaginative props was well appreciated. The pictures were of excellent quality as if a professional photographer was behind the lens. Isaac is very professional to work with and really wants to make sure you are satisfied with his services. I didn't know how this was going to go but from the start Isaac was very helpful. We booked for our wedding in CA, he called and explained everything from start to finish, what was better for us for the amount of people we had, made great color mixes that matched our wedding colors perfectly. We actually changed the location "last minute" and he was so nice about it, he did not have an issue with that, everyone has so crazy about the booth and having fun being silly. Focused Concepts...well then the concepts they must be focusing on are Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. These folks were great! The service is out of this world - very attentive and polite. And their prices are very good, especially considering everything you get - all the clever props, the background screens, the on-line photo album and scrapbook. Isaac tailor-made some background screens choices for us based on our wine party theme - very creative. It had several awesome features including personalized title, backgrounds, gifs, boomerangs, and filters- impressive! Mine was customized to my favorite color (purple), our location (Napa), and included my Bach intro and hashtag. After taking the photos, you just need to put in your phone # and it sends you the link where you can access the specific photos as well as the full gallery- easy peasy and you don't need to have any physical props! My friends and I had a blast taking a ton of fun photos - peep the pics I posted. I loved it so much that I'm having a reunion with the photobooth at my wedding! When we were wedding planning, we narrowed down the top 3 things we'd splurge on, and it came down to music, food, and alcohol. Stephen was highly recommended by a lot of our friends who have attended his events. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was working with Epic Vibe Events. We met with Stephen once to give him an idea of our event. From the initial meeting, we knew he would be crucial to making our event... epic. LOL! We felt so at ease with him, we decided to book the Epic package with a few more add-ons. DJ booth with visuals (surprised us with our initials on the screen), MC, 360 photobooth, regular photo booth with prints, and uplighting... you name it, they have it all. We had a brief call with him 2 weeks before our event to finalize timeline and details. I appreciate his professionalism and the ease of communication - setting up meetings to having access to the client portal on their website and being able to process payments and view signed contracts. As a bride planning her own wedding, this gave me so much peace of mind. They came on time to set everything up and the event was seamless. Stephen and his team are amazing. To this day, I am still in awe of how he was able to get all 300 of our guests out of their seats and dancing at 7PM during dinner time, lights on, because literally no one was on their seats - seniors included! Our planner had a moment of panic when she was unsure of how to stop the party to do the speeches, but Stephen insisted that his team had no problem bringing it down and then building it back up again. Sure enough, he was right. The party did not stop until midnight. Everyone was vibing to the music and just wanted to dance. We trusted them to do their thing and it turned out amazing. Our guests could not stop talking about our event, it brought all of us back to our youth... we forgot that we were at a wedding because it felt like we were at a club with our friends. LOL. The screen was very large and easy to view. It was an open photobooth which is fun for those watching and the props were surprisingly fun and good quality (not just all paper products and signs but actual props). As always, the photobooth was the hit of the wedding, truly keeps everyone entertained and gives them a little memory to take home with them. I did have some communication issues in the beginning to try to book the services and had to follow-up a few times to get the electronic versions of the pictures via facebook which added a bit of extra work on my end. Also, there wasn't much client-facing discussion between the vendor managers or the attendant so I can't speak much to the personalities of the company. Overall, it was a bit of a hail mary that could have crashed and burned but we got lucky and am happy with the results. Wanted to make sure I could get a review out there as there aren't many for this company which made it even more difficult to make my decision. Hope this helps any future event planning :)
