The situation was most challenging in the living room because the space was dominated by a huge and colorful Persian rug plus a voluminous antique, both of which we love and preferred to keep. We had been told by several highly regarded designers we had interviewed previously that the rug and the antique in that living room were in the way of a successful redecoration and thus "had to go." But then we met Angelika, and she didn't think ours was a case of "Mission Impossible." She rose to the challenge with open-mindedness, imagination, flexibility and sensitivity to art, space and design. She found ways to mix, match and move around existing furnishings, art and fixtures while guiding us to new pieces, exquisite fabrics and excellent suppliers. The artwork was displayed in a manner such that connections were made within each room and also from one room to the next - a visually stunning achievement. Decorist is very affordable and the process is smooth and painless. We were able to turn around the first designs, which were not exactly what I was looking for, into my dream rooms in a matter of weeks. I would have dragged out decisions for months had I not had Sarah's guidance. The one downside is that the site can be confusing to navigate at times, especially if doing multiple projects/rooms at one time. But overall it was easy to sign up and to use.

Bought a bedding set for a sale price…read more When I contacted them to check the eta as I hadn't heard anything they told me the price I bought it at was not correct and I needed to pay an additional £75. They also told me that they were "just about to contact me about it" which I find hard to believe. They then proceeded to ask to cancel my order. Really upset and quite bad abrupt customer service. I would not recommend buying from this company as they do not know how to treat there customers appropriately. They offered me "additional items" and booja chocolates to be sent with my order if I didn't want to cancel... the boOna chocolates were already included in the original order and who knows what these "additional items" were. I presume they would not be worth the stress and the money being taken/held from my account for a number of days without any contact. Also the items were advertised as on sale, it's January so I assumed it was a January sale. I told them they were on sale but they said they had no record of this... even though my order went through and I had an email confirmation , money left my account and I had the shop app with tracking set to take place. Super strange. I would avoid this company at all costs as I can only imagine what it's like trying to return something or quibble anything with them that you might not be happy with, they will not budge and will not help.
