Call center for Straight Talk in a foreign country. No help, no order number, no invoice, nothing. Went to Security Bank and was told no problem but I needed to wait 30 days to report. I purchased same thing at Walmart since it was Xmas gift. After 30 days I went in to bank and filled out affidavit. A week later Security Bank sent letter saying I was denied and was just out the money. What about the month of service for the phone that was never received nor activated ? Sorry, you are just out. What kind of bank does that to a 70 year old long time customer? You have zero protection if you use Security Bank debit card. My new bank said that should never have happened.

After a bit of the "let me see if I can find someone else who can help you" run-around, I was told I needed to go to a branch to get more information. I went into this branch and ended up being helped by a young lady named Jessica. She was wonderful. I didn't get the answers I was hoping for, but she did an excellent job of making me feel like a valued human being, even though I wasn't even a member. She went above and beyond to get me some answers, while also helping other members that were in line. I don't bank here, but I would recommend that you consider this location if you do.

I stated to deposit money and receive two pup treats as we do about 3 times a week. You sent the deposits back without the dog treats and when I sent the carrier back in and called you - you were extremely rude and stated that you were the only one working and I could wait or come in to the lobby as you had a customer in front of you. I stated that I would not come in due to my dogs being in the car after telling you that your behavior was very rude. You then sent carrier back with nothing in it. This is completely uncalled for! What I really wanted to know was something much simpler: whether your online system can be integrated with QuickBooks Desktop, and if so, how easily. I wasn't asking about a specific account just the general process and whether it was possible. I work with small businesses to help them start, grow, or even close, and part of that is making sure their financial tools actually work for them. One thing I can say with certainty is that Wells Fargo is not a credit card I'll be recommending after this. Again, your phone rep was very nice, but the QuickBooks team apparently isn't allowed to speak to anyone who doesn't already have an account. Anytime I use the equity line it is short term. Just a few months. They want me to requalify. The home is worth twice what the equity line limit is so there is no risk to the bank. I keep over $20k in a the bank making less than $10 a year for a no fees account. I just saw that I was charged $90 for my credit card. I have already started moving my money to Fidelity where I make 3.75% on my money. After 55 years at Bank of America I say, "YOUR FIRED".
