What I really wanted to know was something much simpler: whether your online system can be integrated with QuickBooks Desktop, and if so, how easily. I wasn't asking about a specific account just the general process and whether it was possible. I work with small businesses to help them start, grow, or even close, and part of that is making sure their financial tools actually work for them. One thing I can say with certainty is that Wells Fargo is not a credit card I'll be recommending after this. Again, your phone rep was very nice, but the QuickBooks team apparently isn't allowed to speak to anyone who doesn't already have an account.
