We authorized auto payment via credit card which makes the engagement easier. We may pay a premium (haven't obtained any other quotes to compare in past few years) but we have been pleased with the service. They seem to find a big crew when storms are large, so they get the job done quickly. We also love that they bring a bobcat (as well as a truck/plow) so they can plow a more narrow area of our driveway first - that's helpful so we can move cars out for the big plow or if our tenant isn't home to move their car at least the area around it can be cleared. They also do a great job clearing our front, side and back stairways by shovel.

I called about it and they said they would look and fix it in the spring. They came, laid down some (I think) liquid asphalt and left.
