I'm extremely disappointed with my visit to Flying Squirrel. During our time there, we were constantly harassed by an employee every time one of us tripped or fell -- something completely normal at a trampoline park. Every time, the same employee would rush over and tell us to stand up, even though it was obvious we had just fallen, not sitting around. Nowhere in the posted rules does it say you aren't allowed to fall. What made it even more frustrating was that plenty of others were doing way worse, but somehow we were the only ones being singled out. When we spoke to the manager, all they had to say was that it's the employee's job to "interfere when there's something." Like, of course Sherlock -- but maybe focus on actual problems, not people simply falling in a trampoline park. And as if that wasn't enough, the bathrooms were an absolute disgrace -- filthy floors and overall disgusting. Terrible experience! I've been here several times, and likely the last! I'll go in Laval where at least we are respected and not being harassed for stupid reasons! read more

My son had his birthday party here, after a friend had his birthday party there this past summer... For an insanely reasonable price my son was able to invite 9 of his friends for pizza and two hours of fun! Flying Squirrel supplied paper plates, plastic cutlery, and napkins. All of the kids had a great time. They were exhausted by the end of the party. I highly recommend Flying Squirrel. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. read more

The staff here seemed more interested in goofing off than making sure the kids were being safe. Luckily I'm from our of town so it's going to be easy for me to never come back here again. So disappointed. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. I got the combo pass for the adventure park (solid 4.5 stars) and the trampoline park (solid 2 stars) so I decided to be optimistic and give it 4 stars. They also got brownie points for not forcing parents to buy a ticket. Trampoline park: super over crowded, very under staffed and as people wrote an accident waiting to happen. Especially if you compare it to super save and well managed places like Xtreme trampoline park. If you go there watch you kid with 1000 eyes. Also bring non slip socks or they will force you to buy a pair, parents as well. Adventure park: Just perfect, very clean, not under staffed or over crowded pure fun for kids. If I will go again it will be just for it. read more

My grandson had a blast! He's still talking about it and can't wait to take his sisters. I wouldn't recommend the adventure park. There were a number of birthday parties and we were told to come back after 7 when the parties were over The only thing we were able to access were the two climbing walls. read more

Stay away from Flying Squirrel in Ottawa. They are disorganized and cannot control the amount of people they let in at night. Kids get trampled, items get stollen and fights break out. The staff might be trying, but I can't blame them for not getting involved, getting assaulted for minimum wage isn't worth it. unless they hire a serious security company to protect it's customers and staff I recommend never coming to check this place out. read more

Waited in line 50 minutes with young children even though we had already prepaid, signed waivers, bought sox and everything. A few kids running the place couldn't control the crowds. Complete chaos and waste of time. read more

Took my daughters here today expecting something like SkyZone. Both of my kids are gymnasts meaning that they are small but really strong. (They could knock a little kid over easily) We were expecting a place where they could practice their tricks and have some fun. Instead, there was a school there and they were running around and playing tag, completely oblivious to the fact that they were running five centimeters in from of someone doing a flip. Meanwhile one of the employees were showing off to some girls and though the other one was friendlier she made absolutely NO ATTEMPT to control the kids. It was a huge accident waiting to happen and in the 40 minutes my kids were jumping I was saw 3 kids get hurt. Do not recommend - very unprofessional. read more

After purchasing tickets online, we arrived just as a bus of children pulled up. At check in we told even though my tickets were purchased hours before, a group of 15 arrived a few minutes before us, purchased their tickets on site and their safety limit would be capped in 20 minutes and we wouldn't be able to jump. We could come anytime between 1:30 and 10pm. (We had other engagements beginning at noon) I understood the children's day camp, my issue was with the group who had shown up minutes before and the business still sold tickets. The only reason I am giving this business two stars is due to the young lady who helped me. Louise was kind, patient, continued to speak to her manager in attempt to rectify the issue and was apologetic for the situation that was clearly not her fault. After learning it was our son's birthday she allowed our three children to jump for 15 minutes before the big group was allowed onto the mats. She also comped our socks. As for the facilities, it is okay. Our children enjoyed the fifteen minutes they were able to jump. The staff was spread out watching each of their sections. However, due to the mangers (lack of) service. We will not return. As we walked out, another mother was learning her fate as she was in the same situation we were in. Their resolution to all of this was a tapped sign to the door. Perhaps update your website? Online purchasers call before you go to confirm room for your children. read more

I just paid $45 for my child to jump for 2 hours during a PD day and was hoping to work with WIFI as advertised but it's not working and was told it was not working for a while now. Common this is ridiculous in this day and age!!! read more
