I brought my children to Xtreme Trampoline Park on March 20 for the advertised under-12 "Junior Glow" session (7PM-9PM), expecting a safe and age-appropriate environment. That expectation was not met. There were a significant number of visibly older teenagers in the facility that were playing very rough and clearly did not belong in that age group. This session is advertised as under 12 both online and was verbally confirmed to me at the time of payment. During the session, my children came to me visibly upset after overhearing two older boys talking about "killing all the kids" so they wouldn't have to share the basketball court. Regardless of intent, this is extremely serious language in a space full of young children. I reported it immediately. While one staff member responded appropriately, the on duty manager's handling of the situation was dismissive. I was told nothing could be done because the individuals denied it, even though I personally observed them leave the basketball court (directly in front of the check in desk) and move toward the locker area while I was reporting the incident, likely because they realized we had identified them. If nothing else, they should have been asked to leave and come back at the later age appropriate glo session (between 9PM-11PM). I followed up by email because I felt it was important that the general manager/owner were aware of the handling of the situation. While the response acknowledged the situation, it did not take accountability, did not accurately reflect how it was handled in person, and did not include the manager's name. It was simply signed "Sincerely, Xtreme Trampoline Park," which was unacceptable given the seriousness of the incident. This was not a safe or properly controlled under-12 environment, and policies were clearly not being enforced. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about how a more critical safety issue or real life threat would be handled. This was our first time there. We will not be returning. For parents expecting a properly supervised and safe environment for children, I would recommend considering Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park instead. read more

Had a birthday party here. Put a down payment on the party. It was to include the auto gratuity. When I got the bill, it did not include the gratuity. But they were charging the same amount. And the money was going to the owner, not the staff. So I then had to tip the stuff again. Something that I had already paid for.Extremely sleazy business practice. So we had 11 - 8 year old girls here for a birthday party. The space was clean, and lots of room for a lot of kids and adults to have fun. Here are my issues with this new business 1. Safety - although they had numerous staff throughout the facility, we had tiny 8 year olds bouncy right beside a 200lb 35 year old man jumping 8 feet in the air from trampoline to trampoline, and another 15 year old girl doing flips......I was waiting for one of our kids to get kicked in the head or landed on. 2. Party Organization - we were booked into a room and those staff did a good job, for 1 hour they had an open time frame to do whatever they wanted.......why isn't someone teaching them how to do a bum drop? or flips? etc.....kids love to learn and i would have hoped that they would have had a teacher guiding them for the hour during the party. This is a great business that someone has spent a lot of money doing fit up on and getting rolling.......please with a few small changes this is a 5 star biz.....take it to the next level and make it less stressful for parents hosting parties at your facility. read more

Should be fun, but staff doesn't closely monitor activity closely enough. Saw three staff members playing with a ball while teens were terrorizing small children a few feet away. Ok so I was a skeptic going to this place-but where can you take a whole out of town hockey team and their families for some fun in -40 weather? Not the canal! Picked here after being familiar with it due to dropping off the kiddies to one or more birthday parties here-boy was it a huge hit! One hour of jumping and trampolining that produced 20 exhausted children and happy parents what's not to love? The cafe was perfect-only thing that can make it better is maybe a beer or a glass of wine-but this did not deter the parents from gathering over sodas and snacks while the kids jumped. Lots of choices as far as activities go-dodge ball, basketball, over the wall ball-and just plain old jumping. Perfect spot for birthday parties and to tire out any rangy kids. CRUSHED A CHILDS DREAMS! I'd give them zero stars if possible! Booked my sons 7th birthday party. Paid the deposit. The morning of the party I find out xtreme trampoline park is closed. no phone call from them whatsoever until 2 days later saying "sorry for your missed party call my number". The only thing that saved us is the other parent who contacted me that morning so I could throw together a party at my house. Imagine how crushed my child would have been to show up to the closed park on his birthday party day. Unacceptable! And no call from them.I called a dozen times to Sean and Emily' s cell and the park no one would answer of course Or respond to any message. I finally got a hold of Sean today after receiving a bill for the remainder and thanking us for our visit! He actually laughed while saying " sorry about that". And then "would you like a gift card or refund?" My child cried and was so upset to not have his party at the trampoline park. Thank god we weren't standing in a parking lot with everything in tow! I went with a group of a group of ten 20 somethings on a Friday night. It was $22 per person which included grip socks and a Gatorade. This place was hopping! Literally, people jumping and flipping everywhere -- in the dodgeball zone, in the open jump, and out onto this giant squishy mat which sinks when you land on it. There was a DJ playing a great mix of 90's and 2000's pop and hip hop. There was a music request hour from 11-midnight. We were dancing and busting moves all over the place. when we walked in the door we were greeted by craig,who is very enthusiastic and made our experience that more enjoyable. the park itself seemed very well maintained and clean. we were all tired by the time our hour had ended, music choice fit its surroundings and provided us with an xtreme time. would recommend as an adventure for the day!! super fun for kids. read more

Very fun! It get's quit tiring after a while, and I always feel I have 10 minutes more than I want. There are often lots of people and it get kind of crowded, but it's not too bad. read more
