    Bumper cars super fun!
    Clayton O.

Booked a Premium Birthday package for ten 7 year olds on the way to turning 8. On advice, booked in for an early (10:30am) on a summer weekend when it isn't supposed tonne too busy. Everything was great! The Funhaven-provided host was ready greet out group early and get the kids excited. Support staff was also great to direct any later guest arrivals to the group afterwards. I was the only parent attending, and really, it felt like the whole party would have gone just as smoothly without me. That being said, I got to participate in all the games and had a lot of fun too! Our schedule went greetings, super jungle gym, bumper cars, roller coaster, wind tunnel for Birthday person, laser tag multiple times, and then birthday time with pizza, cake, froyo, and then present time. All told, it went from about 10:30 to 1. The kids then got free reign of the arcade area and unlimited access to the bumper cars and jungle gym. We ended up staying until about 3:30 with everyone exhausted by the end. Overall, the value seemed more than reasonable for what initially seemed pricey when booking. The host service really made the party with jokes and stories and ensuring all had fun. A memorable experience for all, and a non-stress event for the host family. Would definitely recommend it. As the day progressed, the place got fuller and louder. Happy to have booked for an earlier party time.

Two things guaranteed to make me smile arcades and good food. On a recent trip to Ottawa I was in need of an arcade since Montreal is lacking. Opened up my trusty yelp app and boom this place came up in the recommendations. When we got here we had to fill up a card with tokens that could be used on the machines similar to many swipe card games you can find in a variety of places. Lucky for us helpers get a little something special once they check in here. Once loaded up we proceeded to walk around the space and see what games I would be taking down. There was good variety of games of different genres and difficulties which was nice and they even had an avoid the laser room and small coaster. I stuck to more arcade style games since I'm a sucker for coupons and prizes I was a little disappointed to see that a few of the games were out or order one in particular was the DDR machine but over all a pretty decent place not to far from home. The prize selection here was defo geared towards younger kids with prizes being mostly small toys and candies so if your looking for bigger prizes this might not be the place.

My kids love Funhaven. Games where you can earn tickets and redeem for prizes at the counter. They use cards which can be loaded very easily. For those games that still require tokens, they have machines where you can swipe you card and it dispenses tokens for you to use. Even your tickets get loaded back on the same card as credits which saves all the hassle of trying to keep them tickets all folded up and in a pocket. Most of the games are geared towards earning tickets so if you're looking for an arcade or lots of arcade games, you've come to the wrong place. Prices are also reasonable for the games. The space is also generous so you're not really always bumping into people. Other activities include a jungle gym, bumper cars, laser tag, mini bowling, and a rock climbing wall. Keep in mind these activities are geared towards younger children and pre-teens. There's also a small separate play area for toddlers so they don't get trampled on by the older kids. For these aforementioned activities, you can purchase each individually or purchase a combo and save a little money. Weekend rates for these activities are more expensive during the weekend. They also do birthday parties. The staff were great. I had some issues with a couple machines and they helped me out without question. Expect to spend a decent amount of money especially if you have more then 1 child. I think too that with the card system you tend to forget how much you're really spending. There's also a canteen where you can buy food and drinks. Parking is free if you can find it in the lot. The place shares its parking with the strip plaza so during weekends, I can see this being an issue. I'd definitely go back. http://www.funhaven.com/index.cfm

A little pricey but fun even for adults. The kitchen needs an upgrade on their menu. We had fun but we wouldn't go more then once a year.

Cosmic Adventures - The giant play structure!

You are charging disable people for a service they will never use. In the last year I gave your business a 1000 dollars in admission fees. Not to include the food. Now my grand kids came back to me saying they can't buy anything with paper money. Simply ridiculous. Don't think I'm coming back!

I usually…read morecome here on days where my kid is driving me crazy, is getting into everything at home, and when I need a break. This place really tires her out. It can cost a pretty penny per visit, so we ended up getting an annual pass which was $99, and included entrance for our child, and two adults. The pass literally pays for itself after the first couple of visits. Birthday parties are also 50% off with an annual pass. Adults DO have to pay to get in, kinda sucks, but kinda understand why. Babies 11 months and under are free. There is a kiddie zone for kids 4 and under. I did notice that some of the older kids sneak into this zone, which sucks, because they normally play rougher than the babies/younger kids. There is also a dance room/area for kids to dance and go crazy, an arcade area near the food court, and smaller rides for the younger kids like a carousel and cars (the kind that you would find at the mall that costs 2 bucks). Parking is a nightmare. It's always full, and people never look where they are driving. Last time I was here, I saw a, most likely VERY tired mom, back up into another car. It is just mayhem here. On really busy days, they usually have an employee directing traffic. Ahemmm...it's like a kiddie Costco! Again, great place for kids to burn off energy, and for babies to get their stimulation.

Every time, the same employee would rush over and tell us to stand up, even though it was obvious we had just fallen, not sitting around. Nowhere in the posted rules does it say you aren't allowed to fall. What made it even more frustrating was that plenty of others were doing way worse, but somehow we were the only ones being singled out. When we spoke to the manager, all they had to say was that it's the employee's job to "interfere when there's something." Like, of course Sherlock -- but maybe focus on actual problems, not people simply falling in a trampoline park. And as if that wasn't enough, the bathrooms were an absolute disgrace -- filthy floors and overall disgusting. Terrible experience! I've been here several times, and likely the last! I'll go in Laval where at least we are respected and not being harassed for stupid reasons!
