It doesn't dismiss our bad experiences here even though mostly out of the owners/ coach's control. my daughter enrolled into the gold xcel program last summer as a 10 year old. I gave her a text/ call only phone for emergencies to bring to class. A group of girls on the team( 2 and 3 grades OLDER than her!)asked for her number and harassed her over days via text. My daughter was nothing but kind. She was also harassed enrire classes by same girls in person. I screenshoted the texts to send to coach/owner so it was undeniable. Gym had a meeting with the girls families and I was apologized too. Coach said the harassment was jealousy of skills. My daughter broke both bones in her arm very badly during a practice while doing a flip off bar. I met ambulance there and was told by my daughter and another student my daughter landed the flip on her feet and arm hitting bar was cause of break. You sign a waiver and assume risks when doing gymnastics so I did not blame coaches/gym and was kind. I kindly emailed Olympia after incident asking any coach input how my daughter broke her arm so that if she returns to gymnastics she could learn from mistake and not repeat it. Almost 2 WEEKS later , a coach called me and said she saw my daughter fall and she broke arm on ground. I told coach it doesn't really matter but since my daughter's story did not match is there video they could review? Coach told me the " No. No video evidence. cameras don't reach to the back of the gym where the bars are" So I was lied to or they don't have cameras in the back of the gym which is a safety risk on many levels to me.

A lot of space, very clean, respectful staff, other parties of kids were respectful and everyone was nice. Also surprisingly safe equipment, he could jump on everything and go to most places and though I was with him, bouncing and falling was completely fine as all the equipment is very well kept and made. The only thing I would say is for a child under 4, with 2 parents that want to go and participate with him, it was a bit pricy, so perhaps if it was more affordable for the parents of kids under 4, it's hard to just "supervise" my son, and not jump with him he doesn't understand why mama isn't jumping. Getting the membership unfortunately doesn't work for our schedules- maybe only coming in 2x a month. You don't have to pay to supervise but you do to jump. One of my sons said he likes Get Air better than Sky Zone, but he'd like Get Air even better if the ball pit was open??? I guess 2 areas of the park aren't open and haven't been open since the park opened, but that didn't stop us from having fun.

I would imagine they have paper copies (of a blank waiver) on hand if needed. One annoyance was after standing in line to check in you had to go to another line to buy socks. The party Groupon lists socks for $3.99 but they charged $5+ per pair. All party guests put their shoes in a labeled bucket and an employee takes the bucket and sets out all the shoes in the party room (bless them for touching shoes all day...). The employee that served our food was sweet and professional. Very helpful! Kids love it. I am grateful for the vigilance at a place like that, with high risk. A couple of the women's bathroom stalls didn't lock well (or at all?) so that was annoying but overall, good time.

When I showed up we had to fill out waivers and then pay for your timed ticket and buy socks. No explantation was given on the types or passes and I didn't see any signs that really laid out the pricing. So that part was a bit confusing. It did see kind of expensive for an hour of jumping. They have an area with shoe cubbies so you can store your shoes and put on your special grip socks. After that you go up the stairs into the trampoline area. They have a room full of trampolines, dodgeball area, ninja warrior obstacles in one corner, foam jump pits, and arcade and other table top games. They also have a separate section for smaller kids with all the same stuff. I decided to jump with the kids and had a great time. The trampolines felt safe and strong. The socks really do give you a great grip so you don't have to worry about slipping or sliding. There were only 2 employees as well so the rules were pretty loose. By the website I was worried it was going to be a stricter environment but we had a really enjoyable time. On the food side they only have vending machines so you will want to plan to eat a meal before or after coming. Bring drinks too because you will need it. Also I would suggest buying tickets from their website in advance. I think you could of had a better deal overall.

Finally the only person who seemed to be working tonight came out and started cleaning up. If not that we promised our grandkids an evening of the trampolines, I would have left. Even the upstairs benches had food and empty water bottles snd cups strewn across them. For the price they charge, i think it should at least be clean and the staff should try to make it enjoyable and fun. If there was ever a place that felt dirty and unhealthy this is it. Needless to say, we won't be returning.
