It doesn't dismiss our bad experiences here even though mostly out of the owners/ coach's control. my daughter enrolled into the gold xcel program last summer as a 10 year old. I gave her a text/ call only phone for emergencies to bring to class. A group of girls on the team( 2 and 3 grades OLDER than her!)asked for her number and harassed her over days via text. My daughter was nothing but kind. She was also harassed enrire classes by same girls in person. I screenshoted the texts to send to coach/owner so it was undeniable. Gym had a meeting with the girls families and I was apologized too. Coach said the harassment was jealousy of skills. My daughter broke both bones in her arm very badly during a practice while doing a flip off bar. I met ambulance there and was told by my daughter and another student my daughter landed the flip on her feet and arm hitting bar was cause of break. You sign a waiver and assume risks when doing gymnastics so I did not blame coaches/gym and was kind. I kindly emailed Olympia after incident asking any coach input how my daughter broke her arm so that if she returns to gymnastics she could learn from mistake and not repeat it. Almost 2 WEEKS later , a coach called me and said she saw my daughter fall and she broke arm on ground. I told coach it doesn't really matter but since my daughter's story did not match is there video they could review? Coach told me the " No. No video evidence. cameras don't reach to the back of the gym where the bars are" So I was lied to or they don't have cameras in the back of the gym which is a safety risk on many levels to me.

The employees were all friendly and helpful. Our hostess for the party was WONDERFUL and very accommodating. She helped us through the check in process very quickly, so the kids could get jumping better. The park was clean as well. I love the party policy that allowed me to bring fruits, veggies, bottled water, and cake. I am certain we will have another party at Get Air in the future. One of my sons said he likes Get Air better than Sky Zone, but he'd like Get Air even better if the ball pit was open??? I guess 2 areas of the park aren't open and haven't been open since the park opened, but that didn't stop us from having fun.

I would imagine they have paper copies (of a blank waiver) on hand if needed. One annoyance was after standing in line to check in you had to go to another line to buy socks. The party Groupon lists socks for $3.99 but they charged $5+ per pair. All party guests put their shoes in a labeled bucket and an employee takes the bucket and sets out all the shoes in the party room (bless them for touching shoes all day...). The employee that served our food was sweet and professional. Very helpful! Kids love it. I am grateful for the vigilance at a place like that, with high risk. I wasn't damaging equipment, my son (and I'm sure if you have cameras you can check) was begging my husband and I to come jump with him. This woman told me a story about how she jumped with her daughter and her daughter ended up breaking her leg, telling me how fragile kids are. I'm actually a teacher, so I work with kids 24/7 and am well aware of this. Told me "mom to mom" basically, she made me feel unwelcome to jump. After we just spent $50. After I came back from the bathroom, my husband at this point was going to have a word with the front desk. I noticed she was also singling out other people as well, as well as playing on her phone, sitting in massage chairs, and taking up benches. I'm going to say this as nicely as I can, but I almost wonder if she was targeting me because I'm a small woman and CAN jump with my son without injuring him. Am considering taking my son to another park after this day, as again that was terribly uncalled for in my opinion her approach. I understand if she had a safety concern, but if that was the case, I don't think any of that backhanded commentary was necessary.

Even the upstairs benches had food and empty water bottles snd cups strewn across them. For the price they charge, i think it should at least be clean and the staff should try to make it enjoyable and fun. If there was ever a place that felt dirty and unhealthy this is it.
