She spoke to "manager," who walked to machine, and pronounced that it was working. I said, it just dispenses hot water, and she said that they had "just" received a shipment of product, and had not had time to unload it. The thing is.... the person attending the counter, whichever person attending the counter...in an EMPTY store...seems to act like I am bothering them when I go in to pay! It has happened multiple times! Multiple employees! I even pulled up, saw the attendant outside the side door smoking a cigarette while watching me pump gas.... I went in to pay, stood there waiting for her to come back in. Finally a guy servicing a machine in the store stuck his head out and told her she had a customer. I guess this is why the store and the parking lot are always empty, and I guess this is why I am giving them no more chances.
