Went in for a couple of drinks. Found that "Pumpkin Spice" latte was not working. Contacted…read moreemployee, they checked with people in back, said they would fix it in a couple of minutes. Watched as "Manager" returned from an outside location with drinks for staff. Watched as 2 other customers came in and tried cappucino/latte machine, all flavors put out only hot water. After 35 minutes I approached the counter with a soda, handed the cappucino cup to the cashier, and told her about my wait. She spoke to "manager," who walked to machine, and pronounced that it was working. I said, it just dispenses hot water, and she said that they had "just" received a shipment of product, and had not had time to unload it. I also saw that several of the cup trays were empty, and lids were empty in the soda area. This place needs a new Manager!

Stopped by several times lately to get coffee in the morning, but they are almost always out. They…read morehave 4 large coffee pots and the 3 with real coffee are empty, only de-caf is available. The clerks are never in a hurry to make more and I have to go somewhere else to get morning coffee.

Their machine is never out of order, and they always have some of the good flavors. The almond joy and the English toffee are my two favorite flavors. You should try one! I like to get gas here because there is rarely another car in the parking lot so I don't have to…read morewait in line for a pump. I always walk in and pay cash because I do not have enough trust in ANY gas pump to use a card. The thing is.... the person attending the counter, whichever person attending the counter...in an EMPTY store...seems to act like I am bothering them when I go in to pay! It has happened multiple times! Multiple employees! I even pulled up, saw the attendant outside the side door smoking a cigarette while watching me pump gas.... I went in to pay, stood there waiting for her to come back in. Finally a guy servicing a machine in the store stuck his head out and told her she had a customer. I guess this is why the store and the parking lot are always empty, and I guess this is why I am giving them no more chances.
