Their personal shoppers with the great big buggies are constantly blocking the aisles. The aisles are so busy and clogged. Sometimes you just have to stand there and wait. Now the real reason for losing a star. Everyone in Abilene knows that United and Market Street are the most expensive grocery stores in Abilene. Recently I have found some of my normal items that are more expensive at H-E-B than at United. I find this unacceptable. But life goes on and nobody really cares what I think! LOL! Happy shopping!

Then I said to a different girl when I came back if I could get a different vinagatette bc I think they just gave me basalmic vinegar instead of the good vinagarette. She said I was mistaken. So get back to my car - it was basalmic vinegar and the potato had sour cream which I can't eat. 3 different people and all not competent. Place was empty and a mess. 2 meals and I am starving.

WOW! Look at the other reviews! This place is hated from California to Washington to Illinois…read more Tuscola Subway is famous nationwide! Well, here's a review from someone who actually lives in the area. The restaurant is new, so it's nice and clean. The young employees are fantastic! What a great bunch of kids. The food is exactly what you expect from Subway, a delicious sandwich made the way you want it. My favorite is the spicy Italian, toasted. Yummy! Well, so far this is a 5 star review. So what's the problem? Two problems. First, there are no prices on the menu board. Why? Surely this will be fixed soon. Second, the guy I assume is the manager is an ASS! I have interacted with him twice. I'm not sure if he's trying as hard as he can to be rude, or it just comes naturally. The owners really need to speak to this guy. My first visit, he was just rude. My second visit he charged me for the wrong sandwich. I questioned him, but he said that's the price. I kept my receipt to see if he will give me a refund. HA! I doubt it! My niece lives in Tuscola, and she immediately knew who I was talking about. She's the one that said he's an ASS! I must agree. Anyway, enough about him. The food and the other employees are GREAT! Subway has some great sandwiches, and it's close to work. I will return! But I sure hope he's not there!
