I stopped here on a number of occasions and enjoyed my time here. It has a lot going for it and I'll probably keep coming back here in future for that reason. And it also has much cheaper gas than across the border into Pennsylvania, so it's a great stop on the long lonely road from Cleveland to Erie and Buffalo. This is a wonderful travel centre located in a part of Ohio that has nothing for many miles in any direction, so it's a great place to hang out and stop when you need somewhere like this. And always gets it done for me and I'm very grateful to them for existing. I spent many hours hanging out here as well as during long journeys one way or the other. It's a good refuge from bad weather as well. It's a shame that they've been taken over by corporate stuff but it's still great. And Barbie enjoyed her time here too, and I enjoyed bringing her here. Use for making Bell Travel Center review as well

For that reason I really like it here and it's a good stop for gas. Usually clean and plenty of new pumps. Well done!

Ron butcher, a salesman, was hospitable and friendly to me, even though he knew I was not going to buy a vehicle from him. I feel that shows real integrity. Cicon Motors boasts about their customer service; "we want the opportunity to earn your business."…read more However that's as far as it extends - a far more honest approach would be "we want your money"... and as soon as they have it, you can kick rocks. Typical "buy here pay here" behavior; they do not stand behind the vehicles they sell at all, and good luck trying to reach them once you leave the lot. They will go so far as dodging calls or just outright hanging up on you if you happen to get through. Not even 30 days into owning a vehicle purchased from them, and they won't even hear you out about issues you've been having with it. Whereas my vehicle purchased from another dealership... more than a year out, and they are still more than happy to assist me in any way they can. If quality and service matter to you at all, avoid Cicon Motors at all costs.
