While driving east cross-country from Chicago the warning lights for the transmission fluid started flashing. The owners manual recommended pulling over and letting the car idle for awhile to see if the warning lights would stop flashing. They didn't. We googled auto parts store in hopes of finding getting transmission fluid/additive, advice, etc. and ended up at the store. Next step would be a dealership stop. Todd went out of his way to help us determine what could be the problem, including pulling up YOU TUBE videos with us outside as we tried to figure out how to check the transmission fluid for the make and model of our car (Owners Manual and dealership were not helpful). In the end it turned out to be a problem with the computer and sensors which we were able to resolve and get safely to our destination. I doubt we will be back in Ashtabula, OH, but it was nice to be the recipient of good, old-fashioned honest service from the team there. BK

You can see in the picture that my little girl was with me and she enjoyed it here. I enjoyed it here because she enjoyed it here. Gas prices are usually pretty cheap up in this corner of Ohio and it's one of the reasons I often stop here. It's convenient and easy to get to from the highway.

I also did buy some of the Amish roll butter they carry to try. Picked up some pastries too. Now I grew up in the area way back when and loved their breads. So as we were there they were bringing out fresh breads. I saw they had pepperoni bread and figured since I loved their breads it had to be good. But to my surprise it was not up to par. The bread was good but it was way short on pepperoni. I will have to stick to where I get my pepperoni bread at "west lake bakery and deli" in Erie. See pictures to judge for yourself.
