    Fisherman's plate.

Got the fishermans plate. Fish didn't have much flavor, but it wasn't bad and heavily battered with tasty batter. The fries were reaaally good (crispy, right amount of salt), but could have benefited from some ketchup or mayo or some sort of aioli. The prawns were also tasty, again heavy on the batter but it wasn't bad. They all were complimented by the tartar sauce. I'd recommend this - it was more than I could eat with all the chips, and I ended up having to peel some of the batter off the fish so I could finish all the seafood without even being able to eat half the chips myself (I had some help). Only thing that could make it better was if it wasn't 25$, and if I got more than 1 tartar, and some sauce for the fries.

This outlet is part of the food court at The Star. It provides a good dining option especially if you want something informal before a show. There seems to be sufficient food court seating around here but be aware it will get crowded if you arrive at the same time as everyone else before a show. They offer seafood and Japanese options as well as a bar service too. You pay and order at the counter and they will provide you with a buzzer if you have ordered a made to order item. The service was polite and got through the queues quite quickly. We ordered Classic Fish & Chips. The batter on the fish was lovely and crunchy. The fish inside was soft and not dry. Chips were also nice too. Although it is not the cheapest place around it does provide an alternative to the more upmarket restaurants here.

Sorry maybe I need to stop comparing, but when you find a good burger and fries stick to it. Too bad no Five Guys in Sydney, they don't know what they missing. I got the Outback Burger which was small and flavorless, my Hubby got the Deluxe Burger it had a big beet on it, I've never seen that before, that was different. He wasn't impressed with his either. We also got Fries(Chips) is what they call them with a Soda. The Burgers are ridiculously overpriced we paid $39 for Burgers that weren't fulfilling. And they surcharge you $1 for using your Credit Card, because they don't accept American Cash, seriously who turns down American Cash?

Burger project? More like burger perfect!…read more If you're a fan of the Rockpool bar and grill wagyu burger, you will love Neil Perry's new burger joint. A order/pick up at the counter style restaurant with a small selection of burgers, sides, shakes and beer. There's a decent line up as you would expect with the hype but they've got a good system going pumping them burgers out fast! The patties aren't wagyu, but it doesn't need to be because the grass fed beef patties are cooked to perfection, topped with melted cheese, pickles, minimal veggies between 2 buttery, sugary buns. Nom.
