As a busy mom, I even pre-cleaned my car before going, so all they had to do was the basics. Instead, I left with a car that looked untouched. I don't have the money to throw away like this, and now I can't even go back because I have to work today. This was an absolute waste of my time and money. When one is open only a few of the options work, but the position of the switch might not be what you're spraying on your car. It's a shame as all the self service washes are going away in this area. I thought I would get the wash on the cheep, but it cost almost the same as a full service (inside & out) wash. It was fast.
