I recently had my Explorer cleaned and washed there. That evening, I noticed a trim piece broken from the seat. I called them and left my name and phone number. When I hadn't heard back from them, I stopped in to show them the damage. The young woman at the counter took pictures, and assured me Maureen would get back with me, she never did. I had the trim replaced for $98 and the labor was another $100 at the dealership. I would check my vehicle for any damage they caused accidentally before I left the lot. Update: DISHONEST! UNETHICAL! On May 23, 2019, I took my car in for a "Super Wash." As my car was coming out of the wash area (brushes, sprayer, etc), I hear an attendant say, "It was like that when it came in." The owner's wife ran outside from behind the register and started inspecting my car.... I won't get into detail here about what unfolded from there, until the matter is resolved, but suffice it to say damage occurred by this place, and the repair estimate by Lexus totals thousands of dollars! The owner promised to give me a call that night and I never heard from him. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! Former Review: Almost sham-wow... not too shabby! $20 gets you a decent clean, inside and out. Sure, there will still be streaks on your windows and water spots on your mirrors, but your car will be shiny, vacuumed and clean. The entire process takes about 20 minutes when it's not too busy. Only one minor gripe - Sometimes, the inside smells a bit like a wet dog if they don't use clean rags to wipe stuff down, but the smell goes away with the windows down for a few seconds. Bottom line is that this service is a great value. Let's face it - who really ever WANTS to wash their car? You know that if you don't get it done, you will eventually look like you're starring in a pilot espisode of Hoarders on Wheels. Not to mention all the people judging how "dirty" you must be if you don't care to clean something you sit in for several minutes per day. I mean... what does your toilet look like? I have been a customer for maybe 10 years. But I'm now done with this. I've probably been here 75 times over the years. I almost never have my car washed and other vacuuming/cleaning done and can drive off without pointing something out that was missed. Yesterday I had the car washed and the plastic liner in the back washed because it had some dirt on it from sports. I was in a rush and had to drive off as soon as it was done. I shortly left the place and smelled something in the car that smelled like rotten garbage. When I got to where I was going, I looked at the liner and there was a cup or so of what looked like rotten bucket water. I went by a gas station to mop up the water because it stank sooooo badly. So today I took it back to get it cleaned properly. The manager gal told me that someone must have vomited in the back, basically telling me I was lying. She put some spray cleaner on it and that helped. But I'm done here. I expect businesses to get better and improve over time. This business has gone the other way. I find trash and missed spots now every time. The management needs to reboot this business. This is not worth the aggravation. The employees are poorly trained, poorly motivated, and do a lousy job. That adds up to 'go somewhere else'. read more

I've been coming here for years because it's one of the few places that cleans your interior. Overall my car gets clean and I like that they wipe it down at the end to reduce spotting. However today's experience was not good. Mid morning with one car in front of me and it took more than 30 minutes. They put several of their car dealership jobs in front of my car. I received a coupon in February from King's Volkswagon. I put it on my dashboard and it faded in the sunlight. The very first words the cashier said to me were, in a very nasty voice, "That's fake." She didn't even say hello or listen to a word I said. She carried on about how fake it looked. When she paused for a second and I explained, she stated that sun fading was impossible and went on about how it was fake again. Then, she proceeded to tell me it was a coupon for a Toyota! I did have my car washed there, it was an acceptable wash, and ultimately free because I had another coupon that was the correct color of orange . The other attendants were pleasant, however, after this, I will never go back. This was my first experience at this place, and my last. The Quality of the wash is not near what it is at Sharonville car wash. Sharonville car wash wash is your mats all your windows wipes down your entire interior with no added charge. Car wash plus prices may look cheaper in the beginning but they charge you per Matt and for any additional interior wipe downs. Bottom line not much bang for your buck. read more

I never left a car wash so disappointed. The level of laziness and lack of motivation in the guy who was supposed to dry and clean my truck was unbelievable. I paid for the highest level wash plus an extra for my dash. The adjacent business is ripping out their parking lot so a jackhammer was kicking a ton of dust. While this isn't the fault of the car wash, even after my comment about my clean truck being covered in dust, no one even thought to potentially move my vehicle a little further away and out of the dust screen. They were not busy at all and there was plenty of room. The guy who was supposed to clean my truck (hand dry, Windows, etc) took about 5 minutes or less. My truck was super wet and he didn't even wash away the window spray on parts of my windshield. He completely neglected the back windshield altogether. I was astonished how little time he spent. That guy is the laziest worker. Overall employees seem lazy, careless and apparently don't want capitalism to work for them. I'm a huge tipper and commend hard work. I have realistic expectations and this car wash has the lowest of low standards. I wish I didn't waste my time or money at this place. Moreover, I'm a fool to have tipped the lazy worker because I sent him the wrong message. Reading other reviews, I'm not the first who sees this. Tell your employees vacuuming to quit sitting around texting and to actually get people through. Go here if you want a bare minimum effort, even when there are only a few cars in line. I am stunned!! This use to be my go to car wash. I loved this place, they use to do such a good job at cleaning my truck inside and out for $20.00, what a deal! Till I went in on February 6th 2017! On this day my floor mats were pretty dirty so I opted to have them taken out and spray cleaned. Somewhere in the process, they just jerked up my new weather guard locking floor mats losing one of the locks and breaking it so that it won't lock down any longer. I'm not a person to complain...but I just spent $200.00 on them and was very upset. I went in and explained, the gentleman took my number and said to give him some time and he would take care of me in some way, so I said ok and left. I gave him 4/5 days and returned to see what he had figured out. He was not in the manager came out and looked at my vehicle and told me that there shouldn't be a problem that they would figure something out and take care of me. So I left again. I stoped in today and spoke to the women behind the counter and she came out and looked at my vehicle and told me that she spoke to her employee and none of them broke my mat! She told me to contact the place I bought them from and tell them that they are defective and send them back. I asked....so are you trying to tell me your not going to take care of this? She stated "that's correct, we didn't do it"! Didn't offer me a couple of free washes, nothing but deny doing it! I am so upset right now to be treated as a lier!! This place does a terrible job. The exterior wash itself leaves much to be desired. The wheels are left dirty and most bugs aren't removed. The guys dry off only 75% of your vehicle and do so with regular towels instead of microfibers that are dropped on the ground only to be used again while grinding scratches into your paint. The employees are rude and completely disregard anything resembling courtesy towards customers. I got back in my car after it being haphazardly dried and found my stereo blasting country music from the radio. That means that they turned it on, went into my settings, changed the source from my phone to the radio, and then picked out their favorite station. I guess they have plenty of time on their hands. Not only that, but whoever took my car through the wash decided to crank up my A/C to the max. I guess it is okay for these pricks to make themselves right at home!? To top it off, I had to drive my own car out of the car wash because the manager(Yes, the manager) could not drive stick. Needless to say, I was extremely furious after this experience. I had a tip ready in my hand, but they did not deserve it. If you are Kings Toyota Customer and are granted free washes here, wash your vehicle yourself or take your money elsewhere. This is one of the worst car washs' around. the cloth in thier wash is so dirty theres no way it could ever get a car clean. Their workers swear out loud all the time around you. I get car washes regularly because I drive clients around in my car for work. I needed a inexpensive wash and a basic cleaning because it is February and it will snow in a couple days but I still have to take clients around next week. The job done was so good for the cost. The quality was far superior to the "detail" I paid for at the former Mr.Clean on Mason -Montgomery recently. It smells great, the interior looks fabulous and the exterior is so pretty I no longer want to drive it but keep it protected in my garage. On top of all this, I felt they were pretty fast even though they were clearly busy. Also, the cashier happily gave me cash for my credit card when I realized I had no tip money. Best part- the guys who cleaned it didn't hang around waiting for me to fish out my wallet. I had to seek them out and give the well deserved tip to them. Great experience, will definitely be back. I drove up and ordered the interior/exterior wash. My car was not dented when I drive up. When it exited the wash, it had a small dent on the front driver fender. I left my contact info and asked to be called by the manager, who was due back in 45 minutes. When after 3 hours, I had not received a call, I called and spoke with one of the owners. She was very rude and essentially said this could not be (the damage) possible, they have never had a complaint in 22 years, therefore, my complaint could not possibly be valid . There was no offer to look at the dent, or even entertain the possibility that they could have caused any damage to my car (even without looking at it) I had to insist she look at the car. She said she was leaving in 15 minutes so come by in a few days. I insisted I come by then, and she reluctantly relented. Anyway, all was repeated when I got there. No possibility they could have damaged my car. Period. I know my car did not have the dent when I drive up, and it did when it came out. I have better things to do then try and get a free small dent repair from a car wash, this really happened. In fact, when I pointed it out to the worker drying my car after it exited the car wash, he acted like he knew it had happened. Obviously neither of us can prove our case, but the owners were rude and made it clear by their statements, customer service is not a priority at all.
