We asked where they took there dogs to get groomed and they raved about Pets Ahoy. So we gave them a shot and now we bring them here one a month. All three pups come out looking amazing and they are super fast getting them groomed. Usually in two hours all three are done. Our other groomer took all day meaning we would have to drop them off at 8am and usually get a call around 3-4pm to pick them up. Pets Ahoy Grooming is super close to our Camano Houses which makes us love bringing them here. Prices are reasonable compared to the other groomers we tried in Downtown Arlington.

Eighty acres of fields and ponds for training hunting dogs and a first class kennel. The grounds are immaculate. So how does Buddy like it? When I arrive and Mel drives up in her electric cart he becomes ecstatic he is so excited to see her. He gives her a better welcome than I get when I've been away from home. So what does that say about Conway Kennels? From my West Seattle home the location is over an hour away. AND WELL WORTH IT!!!

He did not respond to any of the commands from the trainer, despite over a month of "training." My dog is severely underweight, has sores all over his legs and stomach, thick ocular discharge, fecal blood, kennel cough or an injury from improper use of a choke collar (they did not notify me beforehand they would be utilizing a shock collar and choke chain), and he cannot sit or use the bathroom. He smells terrible. His body language is that of an abused animal. He is cowering and flinches when I reach out to pet him, his head is hung low.

First of all, there are not enough stars to give to this program and Maggie. Maggie deserves 10 stars or more! It is never an easy decision in selecting a trainer, especially someone who will care for your new puppy in her home for 30 days. I am in the Bay Area and the breeder for my puppy was in Arlington Washington. The breeder mentioned Maggie and that she heard great things about her. We thoroughly checked out Maggie and made the decision to utilize her services before we even met our new puppy. Henri went from the breeder to Maggie's arms. This was the best decision my family has ever made. Not only was Maggie professional, but she has such a caring nature the moment you speak to her. She made us feel at ease day 1! We received constant communication, videos and pictures of our sweet Henri and his training progress. Maggie was able to add in her caring touch so that Henri quickly felt comfortable and at home with her. Henri's progress was impressive as seen in the training videos she sent us regularly. Seeing his tail wag and obey her commands melted my heart as I knew Maggie was someone special and we made the best decision in selecting her. Our boy needed some extra medical attention with something he had acquired before being sent to Maggie. She was able to take on this extra task with numerous vet appointments. I was kept informed every step of the way. She cared for Henri with love and compassion as if she was his owner. When it was time to transition Henri to us, she made that step easy for us! If you are in need of someone to care for your puppy/dog, train your furry kid, then look no further. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service we received. They listened to our dogs needs and I love the 24 hour camera so we can view ours dogs all the time. They also text pictures of our dogs throughout the day and stay. This is a smaller facility, so your dogs will get the individual attention that you would want them to have while you are away. We will be boarding our dogs with them again! They have a quick response time and are very fair in price! I would highly recommended this dog resort!

They may hate to be groomed, but loved the playtime with her dogs while they were there. Alicia has closed her business and moved out of state per her relationship and someone else has moved into her spot and it now has a different name. THIS IS NOT THE SAME BUSINESS AND SHE DIDN'T TRAIN ALICIA. I haven't gone there but I've talked to her myself and didn't get that same caring feeling that I'm use to I also haven't heard good things about her in particular. She looks like she's cashing in on Alicia's old clients. It'll be hard to find a groomer that will drive to your house to shave your physically challenged cat's belly or who will cry when your old dog passes because she truly loved him. Where ever and if she ever opens a new salon in her new home, they will be truly lucky.

My yorkie was there for 4 hours and I had a very bad feeling. Long story short, when I picked her up noone told me they hurt her. After we got home, we realized her eye was cut as well as her ear. We wound up at the animal emergency clinic. Addicted to Pets didn't acknowledge my voice message, and was not honest when I visited her in person. All I asked for was half of the emergency visit bill, which she has not paid, This has been a horrendous experience and I do NOT recommend Addicted to Pets on Camano.

When I pick him up I watch them cleaning and disinfecting everything which always reassures me that it's a priority. He did catch an illness that another dog brought in, but they were quick to let me know, quarantine all the doggies and verified he was clean when he came back to join his friends a few weeks later. Having my dog with a bunch of others, sometimes that happens so I don't blame them at all. What I appreciated was their quick response to it!!

During our vacation, communication was extremely poor. After seeing a concerning photo of our dog appearing to have an altercation with another dog, we tried repeatedly to get updates. We had to keep reaching out ourselves and ultimately had to ask the owner to send us a photo because we had gone days without seeing or hearing anything about him. At pickup, we were initially charged the wrong amount. We had also paid for an exit bath, but were told it had been removed because they weren't sure whether it had been done. When we got our dog into the car, he smelled strongly like he had not been bathed at all. The most disappointing part was the way our concerns were handled. Rather than acknowledging them or apologizing, the interaction felt defensive and dismissive. We won't be boarding our dog here again. Communication, organization, and customer service all need significant improvement.

And Jee Jac was wonderful! This is a small kennel, and appears to be family-owned and operated. I submitted a reservation request via their website and got a quick response. I also added on a grooming sesh for my furbaby so she'd look extra gorgeous when I got home. With the exception of a mildly confusing check-in process, I had a great experience with this kennel and will be more than happy to bring my pooch there again on my next trip. Their prices were very reasonable, and my dog came home happy, healthy, and even groomed!

She doesn't want to go in the facilities and can't wait to leave when we pick them up and our dogs have generally seemed unrested. When we arrived to pick up at Jee Jac our dogs were in great spirits (which is not our norm). They seem energetic and like they generally liked being there. We have happy dogs and as a result are happy people we will use again.
