My youngest enjoyed the Toddler zone with bounce houses and play areas. My husband enjoyed playing the arcade games with kids before and after our jump time. This was a great activity for my kids to get some exercise over the break, and would be great for birthday parties too. Staff was friendly, helpful, and plentiful. Two things I noticed that could use improvement: hand sanitizer stations are missing and there are no water fountains. Also would be cool if they sold a combo pack for jumping and ropes with slightly reduced rate.

If they weren't standing in-between me and epic bouncing I wouldn't give them the time of the day. To avoid basking in their prickness make sure you get there much earlier than you want to bounce and buy your tickets in advance. You also need to bring a drivers license and fill out the waiver, not a big deal but another necessity to avoid prickness. So you should check it out, you can't beat the bounce.

Being such a large family we don't get to do a lot of local activities that require individual passes. We do a lot of camping and outdoor activities. The kids absolutely love Urban Air and a visit is what they chose as a reward for good behavior:) (I mean come on 8....kids need an incentive to get along, lol) Not only did the DeGol and Palau families give my son a bike at Christmas, they also sent all of our kids Ultimate Attractions passes! We recently got a placement of a sibling set of sisters :) and thought that this was the perfect time to use our passes and the kids could really bond while doing something so fun! We went on Sunday and I didn't see the kids except when I ordered pizza (which they loved)! I got home yesterday and there was mail from Urban Air Altoona. The DeGol family and Palau families sent more passes to my kids and a handwritten letter thanking us for sharing our story. What an amazing, caring, and community minded business! Very Disappointing Experience -- Poor Customer Service and Misleading Membership Practices…read more My experience with Urban Air has been extremely disappointing. The online representative I spoke with was very rude and actually hung up on me instead of addressing my concerns professionally. The facility itself was also disappointing. It does not allow certain flips, including front flips, which limits the experience. The one in State College was much better in comparison. I'm also very concerned about the way the summer pass and membership charges are handled. Customers may purchase a summer pass without intending to continue with a paid membership, yet charges continue afterward. When customers raise concerns, the responsibility is placed entirely on them rather than being handled transparently and fairly. This leaves me feeling that the membership practices are misleading and designed to benefit the business at the expense of customers who may not have understood that recurring charges would continue. I would not recommend this business because it feels like they only care about their profit and business like this will not survive the competition.
