Fly-Rides was an absolute blast! A group of us took a bus to a concert at Nutty Brown and downtown afterwards. Our driver was awesome, very punctual, and patient. A couple friends were very late and she didn't lose her cool even though she had a tight schedule to follow and she arrived early even with crazy Austin traffic. Scott is the best coordinator I've ever worked with. I've used a lot of different bus rental companies here in Austin and Scott is definitely on his game. He was more than accommodating. He kept me informed and would check in periodically to make sure we were still good to go with our scheduled plans. The bus was perfect for our needs. It was clean and fit all of us comfortably. They have an AUX so you can even hook your phone up to the sound system, which was great because everyone had songs they wanted to listen to and we didn't have to bother with CD's or anything. Fly-Rides is an awesome price too! Getting a large group from one place to another is usually such a pain but Fly-Rides made it so easy. It was so much fun being together drinking a couple beers along the way. Needless to say, I will definitely be using Fly-Rides again. read more

I booked the Golden Eye for my best friends bachelorette party. I've never booked or been on a party bus before, but this company is amazing. Our driver, Carolyn, called to introduce herself to me the day before and make sure all my questions/concerns were answered and taken care of. She was in contact with me to let me know when she was on her way and to give me an ETA. Being a group of girls, we were obviously behind schedule but Carolyn didn't mind waiting for the last of us to finish getting ready and load up! She navigated the extremely twisty and hill covered roads like a pro! She helped me connect my phone so we could play music and she even turned the volume up for us. We got dropped off at our first location and quickly decided to go somewhere else. I called Carolyn and she once again gave me an ETA and picked us up to take us to our next stop. When the bride was ready to go home, Carolyn was once again called and we were picked up promptly. Our drive home was smooth and Carolyn helped me check the bus before she left to make sure we hadn't left anything behind. I highly recommend Fly-Rides and we will definitely be using them again! read more

I was looking to book a bus to go from Austin to Wurstfest in New Braunfels and was not having luck. Everything was far too expensive ($900ish) and I was about ready to give up. Then, I saw another friend booked a trip with Fly Rides and I decided to give Scott a call. He gave us a phenomenal price and I booked that day. They arrived early to the pick up sight and were patient with us loading onto the bus. We hooked up our music to the speakers, cracked open a beer, and we were off. Scott traveled with us and both he and the driver were friendly and accommodating. Once we got there, I exchanged numbers with the driver in case of a schedule change. When it was time to leave, they were again patient with me while I helped some drunk friends onto the bus. They dropped us off on time and helped us get coolers off the bus. I will definitely use Fly Rides again next time! The price and service were great and we had zero issues. For less than $30 a person, we didn't have to drive there, didn't have to park, and didn't have top have a DD. Perfect! read more

First I want to say that I always read reviews but don't usually write them. After our trip with Fly-rides I really wanted to relate our experience and hopefully inform deal shoppers like myself. Our group was 50 plus people and everyone sat comfortably and had a great time! We asked for a bus that could accommodate a group that big and since we were going to the lake we did not need A/C! Yes this is TEXAS! It's hot! Especially July and August. But we requested the bus without AC because we were all In bathing suits and it was an awesome deal! The ride was very comfortable and it was NOT an oven. They do offer climate controlled charters. So if that's what you need make sure to mention that and they will meet your needs but expect a difference in price. We were absolutely ok with the ride we got and especially at a great deal! The driver was absolutely awesome and was very helpful! The booking process was easy and fast (did it on my phone). They were prompt and had great communication. I would recommend Fly-rides to everyone!! read more

We booked a bus two days in a row to take about a group of 25 on a brewery tour followed up by a party barge on Lake Travis for a bachelor/bachelorette party. The whole experience was very seamless and worry-free. I called to confirm the bus's arrival and the owner, Scott, gave me an ETA, and the driver contacted me about an hour before he arrived. Both days the drivers were on time and extremely flexible with the itinerary. The bus was clean and comfortable and had a sound system hookup for your smartphone. The only downside was the lack of A/C on the bus which was rough in the July heat, but it was only really hot while stalled on the highway (besides, we had some cold beverages on the bus to help). The drivers were also very responsive as well and would come around in less than 5 minutes after I texted them so we made good time throughout the day. Overall, great experience, very economical, and I would definitely use Fly-Rides the next time I was in Austin. read more

Fly-Rides was easy to work with, very straightforward and very fast to respond to inquiries and questions with a great willingness to work with me to make sure I was getting everything I needed out of the deal...and all at a more reasonable rate than I could find elsewhere in Austin. Pretty fantastic and the way a business should be! I put 15 couples on a Fly-Rides Party Bus to visit a few breweries for my 50th birthday. Awesome time! We went on a Sunday afternoon to avoid some of the Saturday crowds (good for us, the breweries and the other brewery-goers). Fly-Rides politely asked for an itinerary - the driver arrived promptly and was exactly where and when he needed to be to drop off and load up. Having the seats parallel to the aisle instead of perpendicular was great, too! Overall a great experience and a company I will certainly go to again. read more

I used Fly Rides to bus guests to and from my wedding in Dripping Springs (started from downtown) and can't speak highly enough of my experience. I am so grateful I was able to have peace of mind my guests would arrive to my venue on time and get home safely after our wedding. The owner, Scott, is incredibly responsive, helpful, and extremely kind. The booking process was easy and quick and they made sure to factor in enough time for our timeline. He made it known their priority was for me to not have to think about it at all. Our bus driver, Phil, was incredibly responsive and communicative with my points of contact in the days leading up to the wedding and on the day of. My husband and I rode the bus back to our hotel after the wedding and had so much fun continuing the party and it was so nice not to have to worry about driving back ourselves. read more

I was looking for an affordable party bus to take a group of friends down to the river for a birthday-party-river-float. Fly Rides was competitive and reasonable with their pricing and very accommodating. I had to reschedule a week in advance to another date due to weather concerns, and they honored my reservation and payment. I was able to move my event without any hassle which was great. Communication is A++, a lot of it was done through personal texting which was AWESOME and convenient. Very quick response time right from the beginning. Our driver was extremely kind and patient as I tried to round up the group of people (and myself) on the bus with everything we needed. Overall, the party bus was a big hit and I am so glad I went with Fly Rides! I want to plan more events just so I can use them again. 110% recommend! read more

I can't say enough about this company. We wanted a safe and reliable option for transporting some people around town for our wedding, and Fly Rides went above and beyond to make that happen. Their owner is a total professional and won the award of "Quickest Wedding Vendor to Respond to Every Email," hands down. The driver was also extremely professional and even beat our slightly ambitious schedule. The bus was clean and ready for our guests and facilitated some very fun times. Don't you dare get duped into thinking you need to pay twice as much for a safe option for your wedding guests around town. The "luxury" companies will try to make you think their prices are industry standard. Fly Rides proves them wrong, and you should not hesitate to book with them, regardless of what type of event you're hosting. read more

THE BEST THERE IS!!!! I cannot say enough about how amazing this group is - Scott, a HUGE thank you for your help. Getting 29 maniacs (and I DO mean maniacs) around Austin during ACL is a difficult enough task and these guys knocked it out of the park. We have used a number of other services the past few years for the festival and Scott and his team are not only the best rates, but by FAR, the easiest and best to work with. If there were 6 stars to give, I'd give them! Also, if you have the chance, ask for Gloria "aka Gloooooooooria!" as your driver - she was actually our driver last year with a different company and our group simply fell in love with her so when she moved the Fly-Rides we had to go with her. And it was the best decision - can't recommend these guys enough. See you guys next year! read more

We booked Fly-Rides to take our bunco group Christmas light sight seeing and it was wonderful. Other companies I contacted just sent me an email wanting a signature and credit card number, but Scott Good took the time to call and was very attentive to every detail. He stayed in touch before the trip to reconfirm our route and any additional needs we might have and followed up afterwards to thank us for our business. The driver was great - very friendly and personable. The bus was clean, had a light show on the inside, hook ups for music and plenty of room in the back for food, coolers, etc... We put up card tables with non skid pads and set up a whole buffet. Are already planning a trip to the hill country wineries and next year Christmas tour again. Everything was above and beyond what we expected. read more

My friends and I used Fly-Rides to rent a party bus (50 people) from East Austin out to Lake Travis and back, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience! Scott was extremely attentive and a great communicator during the planning process, and our driver, Keon, was as well. Keon reached out to introduce himself and confirm all the details of the reservation a few days before, and is genuinely such a kind and warm person. He was timely, adaptable and flexible with adjustments in pick up locations, ahead of the game with having bluetooth set up and ready to pair for our ride, and was a joy to chat with. Everyone on the bus had a blast and the pricing was the lowest of the competitors! I'll absolutely be using Fly-Rides again and recommending my friends to do so as well :) read more

I needed a bus to transport about 40 guest to my son's wedding. The price was great and the best part was the constant communication. With so much going on to coordinate a wedding, I did not have to worry at all if the bus would show up. Scott sent many emails prior to the event just to check in. Also, I received several text messages from John Henry, our driver. He sent a kind message congratulating our son and then arrived 30 minutes early and let me know we was in the parking lot when we were ready. He also sent his phone number days before the event in case I needed to contact him. Their web site responds very quickly to questions. The bus is not fancy, but very comfortable and clean. Thanks for getting our guest safely to and from. read more

I was blown away by the quality of service that Fly-Rides provided for my birthday. Not only was Scott's quote SIGNIFICANTLY less than his competitors, but he was ALWAYS the quickest vendor to respond to our calls, emails and texts. It was almost funny how quick he'd get back; he'd be at the gym, playing with is baby, out and about - didn't matter, he made sure all of our questions were answered. Additionally, the buses were a HIT with our guests. We got CandyCane, Hibiscus and Patriot which had our guests entertained and in good spirits as they arrived, not to mention ending the night on a high note! The level of attention, value, quality and FUN that Fly-Rides provided is truly something I will remember for years to come! read more

Wedding Planner Here! Scott and his team were absolutely amazing. My bride and groom needed a shuttle service in an area that is pretty baron. Together we were able to collaborate on the best pickup & drop-off times to ensure timely arrival for guests. The best part - our driver Phil was suuuper communicative which is a planner's dream! He properly introduced himself the morning of the wedding, re-confirmed timing and pick-up locations, and always kept me abreast of his route ETA. Great Job Phil - I absolutely loved collaborating with you :) For couples seeking a fun party atmosphere for guests with a company that is flexible and easy to communicate with -THIS.IS.IT!!!!! Our Ladies Night party of 10 had a blast on the FLY-RIDES party bus!!! This is a trip we will NEVER forget! We took the party bus to the Banner Distillery where we had a few cocktails. The best part of the night was the round trip on the bus where all the ladies came out of their mommy/wife shells & got to feel like college girls all over again! It was great not having to worry about taking multiple cars or designated drivers. We all laughed, danced & had the most amazing night. This was the safest, most responsible & reliable way to travel. Big Bodhi Events will definitely continue to use Fly-Rides for future events. The ladies are already asking to do it again soon! Thank you Fly-Rides! read more

Fly-Rides met all expectations and more. I planned a surprise birthday party for my girlfriend and Scott definitely helped deliver. The bus is affordable and in good shape. The handles make it easy to move around while the bus is in motion and socializing with the seats facing each other is as easy as it gets. This is definitely not just a school bus. Scott was upfront from day 1 and really easy to work with. Even though he had an issue with another one of his buses he called me with more than enough time to adjust. He was flexible and easy to work with. The driver Mike was friendly and really helped us have a great time. I would definitely recommend Fly-Rides as a great alternative. read more

Webster's dictionary defines "superlative" as "surpassing all others; of very high quality". I define superlative as "Fly Rides". I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with this organization. My mother always said that life is about the journey, not the destination. After hiring Fly Rides for an event, I finally comprehend what this saying means. Fly Rides truly made the transportation aspect of my event better that the destination itself. I have never experienced such care and customer service in my life. The friendly staff, economic prices, and fantastic amenities made my consumer experience fantastic. I would 100% recommend Fly Rides for all transportation needs. read more

I took this party bus a couple of weeks ago, and we had a blast. When you search 'party bus' on google, everything is so EXPENSIVE! Scott Good and his team are not only accommodating and professional, but they are very affordable. Every now and then, you have a large group of people going to an event. It's nice to go on that trip and not worry about the $800 that you just dropped on it. Not only that, you don't have have to worry about anyone driving, especially with all the DWI's given out in Austin. For me, it's always been take uber, a cab, or find a DD when we have several people. From now on, I will hands down take Fly-Rides even if it's as simple as going downtown. read more
