We went back a couple days later to find the fire was out. I took my friend's 2-mile walk with his dog and a lot of times he takes the dog home and goes back and walks another 4 miles. I found the area to be gorgeous with the Spokane river displaying a beautiful reflection early morning views. I had a fantastic time!! Can't wait to come back and trail walk again!

Though my skills were obviously rusty (to say the least) and he corrected many of the common mistakes one would expect after such a long lapse of time. The fly fishing I do is rivers, not lakes, so didn't know what I needed or where to start. I talked with a very nice man named Bo. He was super helpful, explained what I needed to bring, the weight of the rod, the sinking weight of the line & the technique for sinking flies in big lakes. I ask for some flies and he mailed me a very nice box filled with wet flies & some sinking leaders. So.... went fishing & OMG!!!! you would not believe the fish we caught using the flies Bo sent us. Wowza!! If I am ever in Spokane I will make sure to stop by Silver Bow Fly Shop.

We spoke to both the horse people and the owner of CDA adventures about getting a "rain check" and rescheduling. Both CDA Adventures and the horse people denied us. They wouldn't reschedule, refund nor partial refund. They gave no solutions, they just took our money. This was the supposed to be the first of many adventures we planned with CDA Adventures. But now we won't have any. Instead we've now removed "the middleman" and will be scheduling with these "adventure" companies directly.

We paddled up to No-Li brewery and back in that 2-hr time frame and thoroughly enjoyed our jaunt. I'd recommend this Fun Unlimited activity to anyone desiring to paddle on SUP's.
