The tow truck driver tried to warn me that this dude sucked, but this was the closest place. I needed to get my car towed elsewhere the next day for it was under warrantee elsewhere, so I decided to be nice and get an oil change there since they had it overnight. Dude told me okay and $30. I was FORCED to pay over $100 to have my vehicle released!! Zack was kind enough to assist me in the payment, which he tried to get me to pay in cash. I brought my car to flushing tire to get my inspection done a couple of days ago. One of the employees said my rear brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced and or it won't pass inspection. Another gentleman who normally sits inside the little booth in the corner and usually wears a button down shirt gave me a price quote. Any smart consumer wants to save money so I decided to do it myself as it's not too complicated of a job. It was interesting to note that the old rotors were actually in not too bad of shape. There were no grooves and they still had not reached minimal thickness but there was some normal rusting around the outer edges. I decided to change them anyway and once the rotors and pads were replaced I brought it back to the shop to get the inspection done. The same gentleman approached me and asked me with an attitude, how come the shop who replaced my brakes didn't do my inspection. When I told him that I replaced them myself he told me he's not doing the inspection. I asked why not and he just replied with "no" and turned his back to me and walked away, no explanation whatsoever. I've been coming to this shop for a few years now getting common services done like oil changes, inspections, flat tire repair. To have him refuse service to my car because I simply decided to change my own brakes instead of paying him is really unprofessional. It's not too big of a deal for me since there are hundreds of other shops who will do my inspection but there are 3 other vehicles in my household and you just lost our business for all our vehicles. read more

He reassured me about the times that he'd be on-site and the standard cost. A few days later, I drove over with my dad and my car was serviced quickly! I always go here to fix flats, probably for the last 10 years. The guys who do the flat repairs have been around a while too. And I know their job sucks, which is why I tip decently, $5 for a $15 fix. But the last time I was there, I was at the back where they do the flat fixes so I could see what the cause of the flat was and to ask for a patch instead of a plug. But the guy upon pulling the tire out of the water well, heaved it up high so that it could bounce and splash the dirty water all over me! He knew what he did and didn't acknowledge it! I ignored it since it was obvious he didn't care and told the owner upon paying. The owner questioned the guy and he said I shouldn't have been back there anyway, with absolutely no hint of remorse. I would or rate this tire shop 0 star if i could. I came here for the 4th time to exchange my mercedes tire. They dont have continental for today and suggested good year brand if i want the tire fixed in 10 mins. I asked how much. Owner told me $325 and i said ok fine lets do it. After i changed it they charge me $375, which is $50 more expensive than what they told me before i changed. I told them they cant scam me like this i am returned customer for 4 times. And they said sorry price went up this month. I am like wth? Why u told me its $325 before i changed it? The owner told me if i dont agreed with the price he can put the flat tire back while he knows i am in a rush. So screw this. I am not coming back to this tire shop no more. I went on Saturday because my tire pressure lighted up after I went to a tire shop in Scarsdale during a rainy day. It was very quick within 10-15 minutes with only $15 as they clean the rim and I stayed in the small office which was nice since it was cold. This auto repair shop is fantastic. I have a BMW X3 with run-flat tires and being that it was a Sunday I couldn't call Rallye nor could I schedule a service appointment for the very next day because they were booked. Although the shop itself looks a bit shabby, I decided to give it a try based on the outstanding reviews. I went there thinking I would have to buy a brand new tire and spending over $300 because that's what Rallye made me do historically. Rallye said run-flats weren't repairable. As soon as I got there I was assisted immediately. The guy could have scammed me and charged me $355 for a brand new tire but instead he was super honest and said that all I needed was patch work. The place was recommended by friends and it was close to weekly shopping center. so i went. I went to do my annual car checkup. Service was pleasant at first. The owner told me it should take 2 hours. i was ok. Call him 2 hours later. He told me it will take more than an hour to complete. i was fine about it, but just want to know when does he think he will complete so i can plan myself. he didnt answer. During the entire conversation, phone was hanged up twice. he tried to say his cellphone service was bad. But i never get a call back and never get a sorry from him. The owner/guy told me your tires needs to be replace for all 4 to pass the test and try to hard sell me their tires. I didnt respond at first, but still pay him for the inspection. On the way home, i notice my car isn't balancing right, very different from how it was operating in the morning. When i get home, i check the pressure on each tires. I noticed the tire air pressure for all 4 was 50+, whereas it should be at 29 (based on the car manual inside my vehicle). I am not sure if its a mistake they made, but since they are a tire company, i would assume they know better. Update: even now, the tire seem very edgy since my visit to their shops.(but definitely way better since i let some air out). I am under concerns some nails got very loose since the visit. Not sure why there are all these bad reviews but these guys are awesome. My family has been using 2 different mechanics for years and I personally like these guys a lot more because safety is their main priority. I came in for an annual inspection and they told me that I should really change my rear rotors and pads. At first, I was trying to talk them out of it because...how bad can they really be? Well, Zack (one of the owners in this family business) took out my rotors and showed and explained to me how rusty they really are and how my car shakes when I'm driving. I've been noticing a little bit of the shaking for a while now and the other mechanic we used said that I was just paranoid. Now my car feels a lot smoother when I'm driving it. I also needed my rotors changed in the front, but he said those can wait cause my pads are still pretty new. It sucks owning a car and having to shell out $250 for new rotors and break pads and another $37 for a new inspection sticker, but it's well worth it if that means driving safely on the road. Went here to buy a tire as my tire got flat at work. Upon installing the tire, the worker broke the emblem off the center cap on my rim. I told the owner, he proceeded to get extremely passive aggressive with me, asking me repeatedly what he should do about it. He then proceeded to take the newly installed tire off my rim and told me to come back in two days so pick up a new center cap for my Mercedes and that he would not sell me the tire. He repeatedly said over and over again "You doctor's keep busting my balls and I am sick of you." This guy is absolutely insane. Never doing business here again. Still out of a tire. And now my center cap needs to be replaced too (definitely NOT going back there in 2 days.) read more

Honestly I learned my lesson . The owner is good guy don't get me wrong . However Prices are a bit high and the outcome is not 100%. I had an oil spill on my belt and alternator. I was told to fix the oil spill and a clean would be 300. Which at the time I was fine with if it meant having a clean engine and no more oil leakage. 1 month after I started to have belt issue . Went to a different mechanic to get it check out . Turns out the belt was never clean and still oil was still left behind and was never cleaned properly. So glad I found this place on Yelp. My tire pressure was constantly low because of a nail in my front left tire. I finally decided enough was enough and looked for a good place to get it patched. Unfortunately, since I work in Midtown, I usually don't get home till about 7pm. Most places are closed by then so it's really inconvenient. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted politely and asked what was needed. I showed him to the tire and he said it should take less than 5 minutes. And it really did. I was in and out in no time. He even told me that I should probably get new tire locks or remove them completely the next time I got new tires. Good thing to know but something he wasn't required to tell me so I did appreciate it. On top of that, he made sure I pulled out carefully since there was a pole on the street behind me.
