I specifically asked for a butterfly cut with fringes. Here's the picture of my haircut versus the reference picture shown to the stylist. Paid 75 bucks for this. I probably should try out another salon next time. Haircut is a big disappointment here.

Instead of just a silver/grey color, I also wanted my hair to have some dimensions to it so that it will have a more natural look when it grows out. There were so many different colors mixed in that I couldn't keep track of, but the resulting look allowed my grey/silver hair to reflect other subtle colors under different lighting. It is usually very hard to go from black to a lighter color but Ms. Chong also did a great job in being transparent and explaining the process to me and took care of me well!

It pains me to write this, but I feel it's necessary…read more My daughter and I have been loyal clients of your salon for years, regularly coming in to have our hair colored. We've spent thousands of dollars over time and built what we thought was a positive relationship with your team. However, I'm deeply disappointed by how I was treated recently. Months ago, I had to cancel an appointment on the day our beloved golden retriever passed away. It was an emotional, heartbreaking day, and canceling was not a decision I took lightly. Since then, I attempted to rebook verbally for a future date and called to confirm--only to be told you would no longer accept advance bookings from me. I was told I could only do same-day appointments due to "multiple cancellations." One of those was the day my dog died. The lack of empathy, understanding, or even basic professional courtesy in this situation is staggering. There was no outreach, no consideration for our long history as paying, respectful clients. Instead, I was shut out. This is not how a professional salon should treat anyone--let alone a loyal customer. I'm shocked and hurt by the cold, dismissive response I received, and I'm still waiting to hear from a manager. Frankly, I don't understand what kind of customer service process allows for this kind of treatment. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend your salon to others based on this experience. It's a shame it had to end this way. Any other issues other than Julie the colorist and goodbye

Olivia spent 3+ hours doing a full set of highlights with toner and color and it was so worth the price and more. Better value from what I was paying at every salon I went to in the city. Only snag was originally I couldn't book an appointment on the website due to a technical error but the receptionist took care of it by phone and was very kind. Definitely recommend Olivia if you are a blonde. Can't wait to go back!

He usually goes in for a hair cut every 1-2 months whereas I would go in once every 6-9 months. We would usually book our weekend afternoon appointments a few days in advance. Thus far, we have not run into any issues. We would arrive early or on-time and the appointment would almost always start as intended. There has been one occasion in which we were 15 minutes late but they were very nice about it and were still able to fit us in. We do not have a specific hair stylist. We usually just go with whomever is available so there has been a few times in which the haircut was not the most ideal, as in slightly longer at the top and uneven buzz at the back for a men's haircut. It is not a deal-breaker and it could easily be communicated and addressed.

THE WORST SALON EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD…read more I'm absolutely shocked and disappointed. As a model, my hair is a big part of my work and the stylist completely destroyed my look. I clearly explained that I wear my long sides slicked back behind the ears and asked for just a tiny cleanup and a slight trim on the sides. Nothing drastic. But what I got was the total opposite. Just look at the photos. Nothing is straight, clean, or professionally done. It's honestly hard to believe someone with such poor attention to detail is working as a stylist. Now I'm stuck with this mess and my styling options are ruined. I even don't know what to say or do. If you care about your hair avoid this place! And I paid $40 for this shit!

I was then refunded and told, "To be very clear, Dira wants to and loves doing precision cuts. She is one of the best. We're sorry you were not a fit."
