This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a groomer. Kevin was nice but I was bawling at what he did to my dogs. He Grinded one of my dogs nails so short she was bleeding all over my house and had no remorse just said it probably got irritated. I offered for him to look at it and he didn't seem to care much. My other dog he was only supposed to bath and nail trim but he completely shaved her which looks like a complete hack job and a pom should never be shaved that much! I was so upset and was scared of what he would do to my other two dogs so I told him that he doesn't need to do them, we'll just pay for the other dogs which I'm shocked he even charged us for since he hurt one dog and completely messed up the coat on the other. I even sent pictures of her bloody paw. I immediately started crying when he left. I felt so bad for my poor pup that got hurt and my baby that lost all her fur. So I happen to have a psychotic dog with many issues[ she's a rescue], and majorly OTP anxiety .-__-. Anyway, long story, short I was nervous as my dog can and will put on a truly Shakespearean performance. Kevin was so kind! I don't even know where to start. I booked an appointment about a month ago, January 19th I believe. I've been looking forward to having this grooming session for my dog. First thing that happened was I got a text saying they would be 20-30 minutes late. I can totally forgive that. I responded to the text asking if Kevin would call or text when he arrived and never got a response. Kevin arrived, he was friendly enough. He didn't really take any time at all to get to know my dog. I think I got about two major points in and that was it before he went to work. Ok, whatever. Let the man do his job right? About 45 minutes go by (if even that? I'm not 100% sure) when Kevin brings my dog to my door...still damp. He didn't even finish drying him! His fur was still shedding everywhere. He didn't trim his back nails because "dogs push off with their back feet" ok my dogs nails are super long still and that's bad for their joints. My dog hardly even looks clean. I paid $100 and waited a MONTH for this. Also, I was brushing my dog since he still needed it so bad and found a cut on him which I don't even know how that happened because he shouldn't have been trimmed at all. The mobile groomer I used in California charged $85 and took their time and were so amazing. By the way, I've never left a review in my life. But this is absurd. read more

Oh how I miss Kevin from Fluffy Butts now that we have moved to Tucson. Over the years, I have gained an incredible relationship with this amazing and reliable groomer. I am so incredibly grateful to have met Kevin. Our pup Maverick is 13 years old and I really struggle leaving him at pet shops for a grooming. I know he is scared and hates being around other dogs. I was hoping to find a stable mobile grooming service to make life simpler and easier for my dogs. Unfortunately this was not it. Everything seemed ok after Kevin groomed my dogs...I paid and tipped him. About 30 mins after he left...my dog Lola laid down and I noticed what I thought to be burns on both her hind legs. She also had a laceration and a puncture would. We took her to VCA animal hospital where the vet diagnosed her with full thickness bruising on both hind legs, above her right eye and some of her toes. These bruises were also covered in burns. Hopefully she will make a full recovery. She is currently being treated with a special wound wash, antibiotics, and pain meds. After we got home, I looked closely at my little dog as well. He also has multiple areas of bruising and burns on his abdomen. This has been reported to the state animal control criminal investigation division and is currently being investigated. Pls do not allow this man to touch your animals. I don't care about the money...I am so disappointed that someone would do this to my animals. read more

They came to groom my doggies like with the old owners and the new owner said she couldn't work with my senior dog... and then took my puppy for a bath and after 10 minutes brought her out wet and said she moved too much and if she fell she could hang herself. So she couldn't do it. I had asked for a bath, trim paws, sanitary nothing was done...I'm so mad because she still charged me. $80 No experience with grooming, they make you feel like there is something wrong with your doggies. He is a renowned escape artist and can sometimes be a total jerk when we try to groom him, especially trim his nail or cut his butt hair. I will not be using this groomer again, very disappointed in the cut that was given. My dog looks terrible, the cut is super uneven! plus the groomer cut my dog. She is a 3.6lb dog who is use to being groomed and I was told she was jumping around too much to avoid being cut. She has never been cut when being groomed before. I do not recommend! read more

I'll start with they are ok. For a good price and a decent grooming in a mobil groomer they are ok. Now that being said We had a new rescue I didnt want to take to our current groomers the first time due to his anxiety and being kenneled so I figured to have a mobile groomer come and it would be a calmer experience for our new guy. It wasnt. The groomer was nice enough but upon opening the trailer door there was all the cutting from the last appt still so my first impression was a mess. I did a slow intro with our dog an explained his situation and the anxiety. The groomer then started up a massive gas generator (should try an inverter its quieter for the animals) this sent my dog straight into hysterics. Then he used a wet dry vacuum to clean up previous appt. Letting him be the professional I let him take our guy who was already shaking. He did his thing for the next hour and it was an ok cut. It just wasnt the calming experience I wanted for this new guy and I guess I expected more. read more

Kevin is AWESOME! He did my 2 girls for the first time and I could not be more pleased. Our yellow lab is diabetic and blind so we did not want to take her to our old groomer anymore as it is just too much stress for her. Our black lab mix is very hyper and a little neurotic. We had used the same groomer for years but a new owner took over and they were not as nice as they once were dogs came home uneven or little cuts and very stressed out. Kevin was amazing with Bella and Princess they loved him, came in happy not stressed. We will never use anyone but Kevin again we are customers for life. A lot was missed, and I ended up taking my dog to another groomer only a month later since the hair in his face was so long and he looked so choppy. they came to our house to trim our golden ret. i asked for a trim and they shaved all of her hair so she looked like a lab. i specifically told him not to shave her like a lab. he did it so short you could see her skin . he did a bad job around her neck and cut it all uneven. he also failed to trim her feet well. it was so bad i called to have them come back and fix it and she said that they will come out and fix it. i have yet to hear from them. i had to go to the store and buy a trimmer to fix the hack job that he did. i would not recommend them to groom your dog. i will never have them come back to me! read more
