She really understands the doodle coat and always makes them look their absolute best. One of the things we appreciate most is that she never "poodles our doodles." She keeps them looking like doodles should, with the perfect balance of clean, fluffy, and stylish without going overboard. The dogs are always happy going in and coming out, which tells us she truly cares about them and makes them feel comfortable. Her consistency, attention to detail, and love for what she does really set her apart. Five years later, we're still just as impressed as the very first visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who knows how to make doodles look amazing!

The pricing is reasonable for such a large dog and it's always the same price which I appreciate. They are great about sending reminders to schedule without being pushy. I love how they always take him back and start grooming and then let you know about 15 minutes prior to them finishing so you can be there on time for pick up and they don't crate them for a long period of time. Everyone is so nice and does a great job. Have recommended to friends and will continuing coming here for a long time!

Strider (our dog) has had horrible experiences in the past of being in stressful environments, shaved to close and cut, and being kept in a kennel longer than he needs to be due to busy over crowded facilities. Mutts-N-More exceeded all my expectations. Rosa did an AMAZING job on my dog and my cat! She finished both under two hours and she shaved them perfectly. I've been to a lot of groomers and I am stoked to have one that is fast, high quality, and super loving towards my animals!! Thank you for making it such a less stressful experience for my elderly dog and my terrified cat. They look AMAZING! Highly recommend.

However when I got to the facility I was told it was cash only. Fine. But would like a heads up when I made the appointment. Not okay is the state of which my dog returned. Link is 9 years old. He's been to multiple groomers and this was the worst experience so far. He was so happy to see me he was crying. But not that "happy to see you mom" cry instead a very sad "you saved me! get me away from this place cry" I asked the man that groomed him how it went. He said "okay" that Link was "a lot" ummm duh, he's a husky. That's normal behavior. Anywhoo, I meant to leave this review awhile back when I chose to never return. Please treat animals with kindness. Even when their owners are not around. We know when they've been mistreated. Not sure what happened during that appointment.... Maybe stick with small dogs if big dogs are just too much for you.

Grooming was fine after bringing them home and further inspecting their paws. I noticed that my pit bulls nail was severely cracked in the back and cut way too short. I called them and asked what happened. They took no accountability for the injury on my dog. I know they hurt her. She can't speak, so I have to advocate for her after going back-and-forth with the manager. Who took no accountability for her injury? I asked to speak to the owner. The owner was very rude and said that I had to listen to her. And then I lost it. And then she hung up on me. There is no accountability. You expect to leave your pet Somewhere and expect them to be safe and taken care of and that was clearly not the case here. If you love your animals, especially your dogs, please be aware of this place and do not trust them.

I picked up my dog and her hair was SHORT and her fur on her tail was nearly gone! She looks like a rat! And then afterwards I noticed that she didn't even trim her face right, her fur on her left side was longer so some of her hair was covering my dog's left eye! And she didn't even trim/grind her nails even! Like how are you a groomer and yet you couldn't even trim a dog's nail properly?? Petco/Petsmart would've done a better job than what I just paid for! If you're looking for that "At home" cut-- then this would be your place to go! Never again!
