Zach, the manager, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful when scheduling our appointment. He answered all of our questions and made us feel confident that Gracie would be in great hands. When we arrived, Myrna, the owner, took so much time getting to know Gracie Mae, asking about her personality, grooming history, any allergies, medical information, and exactly how we wanted her groomed. She also explained all of the wonderful services they offer and made thoughtful recommendations. You can immediately tell how much she truly loves and cares about every dog that comes through her door. Gracie Mae came out absolutely gorgeous! Her haircut is perfect, she smells amazing, and she looked so happy and comfortable when we picked her up. We couldn't stop smiling! They even put the sweetest little pink bow in her hair and a matching pink bandana around her neck, which was such a thoughtful finishing touch. Their prices are very reasonable, and they also have the cutest dresses, accessories, toys, and other goodies for your fur babies. The salon is beautiful, clean, and so welcoming. We have been searching for the right groomer since our longtime groomer left, and we are so incredibly happy to have found Ooh La La Posh Pets right here in our hometown. When it was time to pick him up, we were shocked to see that he was practically shaven, no more than 1.5 inches on his coat. To add to that, there were patches around his neck and ear that looked so blocky and nearly shaved down to his skin, while parts like his tail weren't even touched. To add insult to injury, during the pick up process we were told we have to pay for the grooming before they could bring our dog out. We have never had to do before at this location, normally we can wait for them to bring him out and then they will ring us up. It's almost as if they knew we'd have complaints upon seeing how he turned out.

Usually has most things in stock even hard to find items that you can't find in chain stores like Petco etc. , and one thing they have that doesn't exist in a chain store ---EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had my dog training classes here, and that's how I started coming to this location; but I have to tell you the customer service from the store is unrivaled. If there's something you need, just call and check on it. They're happy to check in stock, They also have a website you can order through that too, 99.9% of the time what you're looking for is a stocked item,and on the rare occasion that it is not or you have an item as I did a special cat food recommended by the vet they did not have on the shelf they called another location, had it there for me the next day! I also have a bad back and I cannot carry large bags of dog food for my dog....put my back out once they had the food delivered to my house free of charge which is a service they offer as well; if I go to the store, they are happy to bring it to my car for me if needed. We also gave her Trazodone to help ensure she would be calm and relaxed for the grooming. I took time off from work to be home for the appointment, only to receive an email about 30 minutes beforehand stating there would be an additional $100 "handling fee." I never saw the email in time, and no one called or texted to discuss it. Instead, no one showed up for the appointment. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for my time was extremely disappointing. After confirming the price, preparing our pet, and taking time off from work, I expected much better customer service.
