He saw some behavior to be corrected with Leo and he went right into training mode which was great for me as a first time puppy mother to learn. We brought home a 9 week old puppy and within a few days he developed serve separation anxiety and confinement issues. We did everything our vet told us to do but nothing was working. He was not sleeping and barked so much he lost his voice. When Lindsey arrived at my house she changed everything up. She was able to read our new puppy's needs better then anyone else. Within 24 we saw a major improvement. We have been working with her for now about 5 weeks now and we could not be happier. She cares about every dog she works with. She has been there for me 24/7 in case I need in the moment advise. I don't think every trainer would do this. We have also used her company for walks (play time) with our puppy. Her girls are very responsible and we have had no problems. I love how after every walk I receive an email with pictures and update on their visit. After the first meeting with Beatriz, we were very comfortable with her taking care of our kitty and home. She is reliable, animal loving and flexible. Whenever we're away, she and her partner- that we haven't met, so I'm mainly referring to Beatriz - take great care of our kitty and home, we come back to clean litter boxe, watered plants, every package indoors, a house that is kept secure and a happy kitty. Often our trips are scheduled with very short notice and over holidays, and we have always heard from Beatriz : yes, we can do. We get daily/bidaily texts or emails, often with photos or even a video(!!), whether it's a weekend trip or a 10 -12 day trip. She'll let us know about the kitty, the weather, how things went and keep us at ease to do what we need to do elsewhere without having to worry about our preciuos kitty. Their pricing is fair and they will come extra when we were stranded on a trip, as the other reviewer mentioned, so their main concern is for the animal, which is the most important thing for a pet owner!
