After the first meeting with Beatriz, we were very comfortable with her taking care of our kitty and home. She is reliable, animal loving and flexible. Whenever we're away, she and her partner- that we haven't met, so I'm mainly referring to Beatriz - take great care of our kitty and home, we come back to clean litter boxe, watered plants, every package indoors, a house that is kept secure and a happy kitty. Often our trips are scheduled with very short notice and over holidays, and we have always heard from Beatriz : yes, we can do. We get daily/bidaily texts or emails, often with photos or even a video(!!), whether it's a weekend trip or a 10 -12 day trip. She'll let us know about the kitty, the weather, how things went and keep us at ease to do what we need to do elsewhere without having to worry about our preciuos kitty. Their pricing is fair and they will come extra when we were stranded on a trip, as the other reviewer mentioned, so their main concern is for the animal, which is the most important thing for a pet owner! I recommend Beatriz and partner whole heartily ! Just a note about location, my profile mentions that I'm from San Francisco, CA , but we are in Westbury, NY for almost a year now.. He is reliable, has never missed a walk and has not been late in as long as we have had the pleasure of relying on his services (over 6 months!).
