My Dr was…read morenot only 10 mins late to my appointment but I guess she was filling in for my actual doctor, the doctor who was there for my appointment had no idea how to answer my questions & had me on hold while she "asked their manager" and then had 3 ppl speaking over her on our phone call & then ended my appointment without even helping me. I had to call their costumer service number & they were able to connect me with a different doctor who actually answered my questions & helped me. I then had this doctor text my personal number unprofessional messages after I talked to corporate. At first it was they don't have the right to raise my limits to "they don't raise limits at this location" to "we have to ask the state" thankfully the new doctor I was set up with took care of everything for me easily. The doctors at this specific location seem to be unprofessional, uneducated, and rude. Don't go to this location. I will be switching providers after today.
