However, this company requires you to have an "appointment" every 3 months, during which all you do is talk to a person on the phone who is not even a doctor. If you refuse to prepay a deposit for your next appointment 3 months away, they will notify the state your certifications are expired. FIND ANOTHER CLINIC THAT FOLLOWS THE RULES OF THE STATE AND DOESN'T REQUIRE YOU TO PAY $85 EVERY 3 MONTHS!!!!!
