When I first called she had me think I was calling the wrong number when they had just switched owners. All I know is this new owner need to get Angie back. She was amazing in customer service. She would actually take the time to help you. Tanisha will loose you patients and in a business where there is so much competition not good for the first person your patients have contact with to be like that. Plus this location has been through new doctors and owners about 3x in the couple months I've been dealing with them not very professional. Oh and I still have gotten my card sorted and now have to deal with it myself because for some reason it's not her job to make sure her clients have a good experience and leave with what they came for.

I picked up 4oz of shake (which is weird because I only shouldve been able to pick up 2 according to "the law" not that Im complaining. But I didnt even have any idea it would count as flower, I still feel like it shouldnt have Ive had friends pick up shake to smoke specially because I guess it doesnt count as flower at other dispensaries. I called to ask and they told me it does count or whatever so idk how they did it to check out all 4oz but hey, thanks. I dont know how to feel about having to wait about another 3weeks before I can buy more flower but you cant always win. I use my shake to infuse butter and oils and I made some fire pastries today. Cooking and infused edibles is a lot of how I medicate so its good to know this dispensary has reliable product in that sense most of the shake looked like kief barely any stem or clippings something I would probably still pay full price for and I got mine on April sale so it was a steal. Im looking forward to seeing if the flower is as good as the product in other states up north seem like theyre different brand down here but so far what I picked up didn't disappoint. Have not tried their cartridges, gels or concentrates. Having your customers be face to face with a staff member while having no free flowing menu at their grasp is very awkward and kind of frustrating, it makes it feel as if I'm in a fast food spot and not a place I go to purchase my medicine. It makes this experience feel like torture if you're in my situation and have been assigned a sales rep who literally does not know when product was put out or has no knowledge/ interest as to how cannabis works. I also didn't appreciate the supervisor on the floor as they made it seem as if I was rude for asking if all the pre-rolls are rolled the same day as the staff member couldn't tell me when they were put out, she actually ignored what I asked and flat out asked me "do you want to try to the same one in pre-roll form?" This is right after I asked which one is the latest one that was put out. If you don't want to go to work, stay home lol. Well...comes down to this: location, quality products, knowledgeable staff, personal service and an amazingly beautiful facility. Finding them is really easy and they are in a stand alone building right off the road. And...this is HUGE...the hours; they are open 8am-9pm. What?!?! Every dispensary in Orlando is open 10-7 so I was blown away that my 7:15 pm arrival wasn't a problem. I was on my way back to Orlando from Boca Raton and remembered that GrowHealthy has a West Palm location about 20 minutes north of me. Well, you know I had to go check it out. I've actually received multiple orders via delivery service (Pat & his partner in crime always come through my neighborhood) and always been really happy with the delivery and products. Needless to say it was great anticipation that I headed north. Upon arrival I checked in and gave them my registry identification card; after they verified everything I was escorted into the main dispensary. I was in absolute awe when I walked through the door to find this unbelievably amazing showroom featuring their products in an atmosphere and decor that was totally unexpected! The style is...um....ridiculous! It's so cool inside, yet it's inviting with an Uber-clean style that is fresh and showcases products perfectly. I mean look at my photos and see for yourself...the place really is impressive. Let me take a step back and give a little feedback about their products since I've tried them prior to my visit. Hey are fantastic...super high quality. The distillate is very smooth and natural; I never taste any food grade products cutting the materials. It's just purified stuff that gets squeezed out of the plant...natural the way it's supposed to be! (They have fantastic specials, especially Sundays so get on the email list and check the site periodically). GH also has strains on deck that I've never seen at another Florida Dispensary like: Blue Flame, Bubba Kush, Dr Rougue, Brazilian Orange, 99 Problems, Ghost Train Haze, Wookie Girl, Alien Bunba Berry and I gotta tell you the list goes on and on!!! The variety of syringes of distillate available will stump even the most discerning expert!! So, back to my visit. I had the unbelievable pleasure of working with CJ for my first visit. He knows so much...I mean I know my stuff, but this guy is amazing. He went through the available products to find exactly what I was looking for. They were having a buy 2 get one 1 free special on distillate so I had to grab a few. CJ gave personal recommendations based on their classification system comprised of: Mind / Sativa, Body / Indica and Balance / Hybrid. It's really a perfect way to explain them in the most simple terms. Well done on that guys! So overall, GrowHealthy is outstanding. They are opening a new location in Orlando next Month (June 2019) and I can't wait. If you're in west palm and you haven't checked this place out, then you're missing out.

Been coming here every Friday for over a year. These last few months I've had nothing but issues…read moreusing the REEF brand. First I get 3.5g and the bag is missing 2g? How is that even possible ? Last week I get 7g from the same brand and 3.5g has mold spores all over the nugs, absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Talked to the manager and they said there's nothing they can do for me and that even though these issues are rare it does happen... ok? So if you know that you should help your loyal customers. This was the last time I come to this dispensary. If the product isn't dry or short it has mold so beware.
