WARNING: AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Legitimate Patient!!! This place is a disgrace. It's dirty, the Staff is rude and nasty.,.. And the Dr. is clueless. Definitely do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. During an appointment, I witnessed 2 female employees absolutely berating a senior citizen over what seemed to be a very simple question. Then, a few minutes later, the female employees were screaming at each other in full view of other patients! I am 50 years old and have NEVER witnessed such unprofessional behavior in a workplace in my life. To make matters even worse, CannaWellness made a major mistake on my prescription and caused me a great deal of inconvenience and money. I've since taken my business somewhere else and I strongly suggest that you do the same! Canna Wellness is AWFUL! Read other complaints...the "owner" NEVER takes responsibility for his RUDE employees and instead blames the patient!!! READ THE POOR REVIEWS FOR YOURSELF. How many times do you see the word "RUDE"? UPDATE: I recently went in for my renewal and things were still good. Dr. Piper Squire is excellent. She is personable and professional and is a true medical marijuana Doctor with knowledge of the use and effects. I highly recommend Canna Wellness and Dr. Squire. read more

Rude and unprofessional ! Avoid at all costs , I received a phone call from the receptionist 2 hours before my telemedicine visit was supposed to begin this was the last day of my prescription. I was told that the mmu system was down ( a lie!) that they could not do my appointment and I would have to wait until after the holiday weekend on Tuesday , leaving me without my meds for PTSD . When I tried ask the receptionist a question she hung up on me , I made an appointment with Releaf nearby and they were much more professional and helpful I will be going there from now on . read more

Had an appointment they never called. They never did anything for the telehealth. I called them and left a message. So far no response I've been waiting five days to get in there. The lady set the appointment and no one's done nothing so far the customer service is the worst I've seen. I'm currently right now looking for a new place to go because I can't get my medication because my script this up and these people play games they did the same thing with my wife. If you're looking around let me just stop you now, this is the best, most affordable clinic I've found! This is my second MMJ clinic and I was so happy I found them! So many clinics around here are scammy and take your money. CannaWellness didn't even ask for a deposit on the appointment like a lot of places do. The first clinic I went to wasn't great, it was very robotic, you can tell they just wanted to get you in and out and there were a couple of odd things they did. But when I went here they didn't just do a checkout; after I talked to the DR they actually sat me down and talked with me and gave me some great information and advice. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. And the customer service will literally blow you out of the water! Mercedes and Austin were phenomenal!
