I had been in the store about 2 minutes before either of them acknowledged me. I was in the store all together for about 30 minutes and not 1 of those women asked if I needed help finding anything nor did they ask me what was I looking for. Within my visit a guy walked into the store, (please note that I was the only customer present at that time.) all 3 women greeted this person with all smiles and delight, asked if he needed help finding anything, then proceeded to show him alternative products because the lens he wanted was out of stock. Now, when I was ready to check out, the 3 ladies continued to chat and I waited at the register for about a minute before they decided who was going to check me out. They slap the "organic" label on it, charge a premium, and then give you limp, bruised, half-rotten fruits and vegetables that look like they were picked last month. I've thrown away more moldy berries, and slimy greens from this store than I care to count. For "farmers market" prices, you'd expect at least decent quality. Nope. Management? What management? I've never once seen a manager on the floor, addressing the chaos, restocking, or even pretending to care that customers are walking out empty-handed and furious. The whole operation feels abandoned. I'm done. There's a Whole Foods literally down the street that actually staffs the place, has cashiers when you need them, consistently stocks what they advertise, and sells produce that doesn't make you question your life choices.
