I stopped into Trulieve today, I was in the neighborhood and some things to pick up. I was happy to see that as I pulled into the lot there was only a couple cars. I walked in and there was only 1 other customer. A gal leaves around the corner and waived me over to her counter. I noted that the place was spacious, bright, and a little cheerful. It's the common look of most spots in South Florida from what I have seen. She got right to it and went over the options. She was plenty cheerful and quite helpful. A manager had to come over to help with something at one point and he was great too. He said it had been a madhouse and that I was a little lucky the hour that I had stopped in. So this was the second store I've ever been to legally purchasing medical Marijuana. I am brand new to this experience, I've been a consumer most of my life, so this time it was getting a brand new education the legal way of our country. Twenty-four hrs before I was at another store it was straight in and out, make purchase leave. What stood trulieve out, was the fact that the bud tender was more informative. I had no idea how the prescription worked, haha. It is interesting how each format of intake has an allotment allowed per period of time. I always appreciate customer service and just teaching other people in general. The more you know... I didn't like the low selection that was offered, didn't smell as nice as the other shop, wink wink. All in all, great experience, will be back. read more

Awesome experience today. Was in search of Alien Labs products and Winchester didn't have. Not sure why but glad there is another Trulieve 5 mins away. Walked right in very friendly young lady took care of me. I was in the back in like 2 mins even with 3 people in front of me. The very nice gentleman that was doing the dispensing was more than helpful and very happy in general. Went out of his way to accommodate. So I bought both the Xeno and Crippy. Excellent excellent product. Someone put a lot of these into these ladies. It's almost ashamed to set them in fire. Almost. Lots if crystals. Very mellow smoke. Not too couphy. I have had nothing but problems with this dispensary and haven't ever stepped foot in the place. I have ordered online for pick up several different occasions (even before COVID) and always get a text 20 minutes later that my order has been cancelled with No reason why. The website states they "WILL CALL YOU" if something is wrong with your order or if they are out of stock on something. Never once has anyone called. I have heard awesome stuff about their products, but will continue to shop elsewhere since their customer service totally sucks. I also have been on hold for over an hour for customer service and no one has yet to answer the phone. The chat option is just as bad. If something is out of stock, SAY SO IN THE E-Mail or text!! Before I begin, sorry for the length. I am a writer, so my words tend to flow. If you want to get a delivery, you will be wasting your time. I wouldn't be writing this review this particular weekend if this was a single time issue. Unfortunately, its been a pattern for the past handful of months and I couldn't be more disappointing. I have been a very loyal Trulieve customer, the delivery drivers know me essentially by name at this point. They are an absolute delight, the system, on the other hand, has fallen immensely since I started as a customer over a year ago. Things used to be smooth but now this is the process: I will place an order to be delivered the next day. No problem, the confirmation text has come through. Great! The next day after 12:00 a message is supposed to be sent telling you when you will expect your order. This has not been coming through at all for months now. Every time I place the order, the day of delivery I have to call the location only to be connected to a call center to be placed on hold to have the representative call the location FOR ME and ask my question. I am more than capable of asking myself directly to the location. This just wastes time for both the company and the patient. Well, unfortunately, my order wasn't going to be arriving at the appropriate time. Therefore, I canceled the order online via the chat with a representative named Rob. He CONFIRMS the cancelation with me before we end our conversation and are disconnected. Well, today, while out and not able to be home waiting from 9am-7:30pm, which is the window of delivery, I have gotten a phone call telling me the delivery people are at the front of my neighborhood and are not being allowed in. I explain that is because no one put them on a list since the order was supposed to be there yesterday and ended up being canceled. This is beyond frustrating since this isn't a once in a while issue. This has become a pattern at the Boynton location for months and is unreliable for their clientele that rely on them for medication. I HIGHLY suggest the 15 minute car ride from Boynton Beach's location to the Delray Beach location. They are always remarkable and top of the line with service. I have literally never had an issue with their service and such a friendly staff. Fifteen minutes for a location that I know I will get great service at seems worth it when it comes to how the two locations are being managed in terms of this service. read more

That is a huge difference but apparently within their "each strain is slightly different" range. Sell what you advertise, no substitutes! I already opened them and tossed the jars so I cant even exchange them. I wasted $156.00 at the end of the day. Also, multiple times I have placed orders only to get a call saying it is out of stock even though the web site allows you to order it. How is that even a thing with modern technology? Today was my very first visit to a dispensary as I just got my card two days ago. Though I've been using CBD oil and lotion for 2 months now, I'm new to medical THC/CBD and needed an education. William was helpful once he got warmed up. I felt like he initially just wanted to provide the two items I was already aware of (lotion and tinctures) and had to ask him to PLEASE be the expert by educating and showing me all of my options based on the orders submitted by my doctor. It was like the sky opened up after I said that! His knowledge came through, and he presented all of my options, with his recommendations. I was a loyal customer of the TruLeaf dispensery in Boynton Beach on 8th... until today. The staff had largely been helpful and congenial and the 9 p.m closing suited my schedule. Tonight, I arrived at 8:32 p.m and was met with a locked door and a rude receptionist. As I looked at the hours of operation sign showing a 9 p.m closing, he told me they were closing at 8:30 p.m because there were already four customers waiting inside and they could not dispense after 9 p.m. Disappointed, I went back to my parked car and made some calls. In the next 5 minutes four others were rudely turned away and each loudly expressed anger at their treatment. Additionally, two employees left for the day during this period. At 8:45, I noticed that all four waiting customers had been served. I went back to the front door and suggested to the receptionist that there was now enough time to serve me. Mr. Rude Receptionist would hear none of this. With an exasperated tone and absent of an apology, he suggested that I could come back tomorrow. No kidding. Unbeknownst to me (and several other customers) Truleaf had changed their closing to 8:30 p.m, a few weeks back. They opened just a few weeks ago (Oct '18) and for being open just a few weeks I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently everything runs. It was less than 10-15 minutes after I checked in before someone took me into the dispensary. They have an abundance of people working behind the counter and everyone I spoke to was knowledgable and willing to help. They only take cash but there is an ATM in the dispensary ($3.50 fee). read more
