I have never been to the vitamin shoppe before, I was unclear where everything was and I had a coupon. After 3 mins, I was able to find what I was looking for. Going to check out, I could see that the girl was probably training, no problem with that, I was in no rush and I could understand that. The one thing that I appreciated was before telling me the total, the manager told me that I would have to pay a small amount since the coupon only took off a certain amount to make sure that was okay with me before we go ahead. Not bad 1st time but not a great one either.
