Despite me taking the time to do that, they still did not use any care when moving fragile items. As I'm unpacking my boxes, I'm seeing several broken dishes, and furniture. Believe it or not, they even managed to break a wheel off of one of my file cabinets, making it clear they slammed it down after lifting it. Then, unlike reputable moving companies, they don't accept cash, check or card. They make you pay with CashApp, ApplePay or Zelle. They don't have their own trucks either, they use UHAUL's that they rent the day of your move. Truly irresponsible, immature and unprofessional. Spare yourself the headache and use a reputable and professional moving company.

The day beforehand, I texted to provide my address and confirm the time. It seemed my appointment had fallend off his radar, but we were able to find a time that worked. Tevonte was about 25 minutes late (hence my 4 stars instead of 5). (He did communicate he was running late, which is important.) He put shoe covers on in my house. I showed him the desk, which the movers left in 5-6 pieces. I wasn't sure how it all went together, but Tevonte figured it out. I had to help lift one big piece, and he coached me on how to lift it to prevent scratching anything or getting hurt. Overall I was happy with the work and would hire Tevonte again.
