No other medical institutions have ever sent them a bill due to the coverage they have. The insurance company even confirmed no bill should have been sent due to their coverage. My mother as well as myself called, emailed, mailed certified letters as well as showed up in person one day to attempt to rectify this bill. With the in person visit we were finally given a direct poc , Trent Tanner, in the business office. Several calls were made to Mr. Tanner with no answer. Several voice mails were left for Mr. Tanner with no return call. This has been going on for almost a year now attempting to make contact with someone that will assist to no avail.
