Since the beginning of December, we have heard them ask when they could come this year... and our grandson, now 5, said he wanted to do the lighted trolley. Unfortunately, our kids' family had a water leak that caused some turmoil in the schedule... and on New Year's Day, there was a question about whether or not the horses would be available because of weather... AMAZING communication from the company. UNBELIEVABLE empathy when we couldn't re-schedule, and an offer to do the carriage ride. This company now feels like part of the family as they understand the tradition they started just a year ago, but will continue for many years. Turns out the weather changed and we got to go on the trolley, got to take pictures by the horses, and have friends coming to Idaho to share in this experience if they are able. Grandad and Grammy's dream of the perfect new tradition in a new home! What a Christmas blessing this trip has become! Thank you, Clinton and family for making this a dream come true! We must have called a dozen times to set up an appointment to take our family on this sleigh ride. They never returned the calls, even though we left messages. After some time we forgot about it (since winter was now gone and all our family that we were going to use it with were gone as well). fast forward to Jan 2016, we realized the coupon was expired, but called them hoping that they would honor the previously purchased coupon since we could never connect with someone to schedule the ride. NOPE, they admitted that the person they had scheduling these rides purchased via GroupOn didn't get back with people like they should have, but that didn't matter, we had to pay another $125 if we wanted the ride. Since we really wanted to take our family on this outing we went ahead and purchased it again directly from Allred Adventures. When the charge showed up on our card (a week after we took the ride), it was for $140. I called about this and they explained that they had to collect sales tax as well. Fine, except the sales tax, 6%, should have only been $7.50. When I asked about the other $7.50, they said we had to pay tax on the initial $125 coupon we purchased in 2014, even though we didn't use it!!! When I questioned them they basically said, "too bad!". Now for the actual sleigh ride itself (which was a retail value of $250) was the biggest disappointment of all. We drove an hour to get to Garden Valley, ID. We were told we would see a herd of elk and be able to feed them. The "scenic" ride was in a meadow behind their building, right between the highway and the back of the local high school. There was a herd of elk (which was cool) eating hay, but we never stopped to watch them or feed them. At the beginning of the ride the man driving the sleigh introduced himself and the two horses, then never said another word unless we asked him a few questions. There was nothing "scenic " about the ride since it was just a big loop around this meadow and only took 30 minutes. Biggest waste of time and money ever!!

Justin Fordice Update 12/5/2018: I wanted to let you know that I also have filed a small claims court with Ada County Idaho regarding our pursuit of litigation against Craig Fletcher. We also have filed in Idaho attorney generals office claim for the fraudulent activity. The long and short of the situation was that he donated an AK fishing trip to a veterans organization banquet for which we bid on and won and then offered us a sweet deal to take my family along on the trip for which we paid an additional fee for that. Like everyone else, he bailed on the trip and did not give a refund. There are multiple other people who have contacted me that have worked for him as a staff members but also have been ripped off by him in canceling trips and not providing refunds. These are facts. Below is a list of addresses that I have found that were his previous or potentially current residences: Possible current address is 351 Live Oak Loop, Central Point, OR Possible former addresses: 176 W Claire Street, Meridian, ID 69 Castle Mountain Drive, Garden Valley, ID 8230 Ustick Road, Nampa, ID 176 West Claire St. Meridian, ID Hopefully, if enough people go on the hunt for him using the above addresses, we can find him and get him served with the proper paperwork so he can meet us in court.
